I payed $98.00 for a tracer program,and was very disappointed to learn that there was a lot more to it than I was told.

I returned it because it was inaccurate and misleading advertising. I expected a full refund. It has been 3 months and have not received my money back.

Does anyone know how to get my money refuned?
