JMW Financial Services ripoff, vague instructions, not honoring return policy Mesa Arizona
After receiving start up packet and attempting to get HUD information finding out that it will cost way more than expected to get started. Tried to contact them to get money back and return kit, they then informed me that I had to send out at least 30 letters and send them back to get my money back.

Have called them multiple times to get my money back. As I explained to them, never at any time did the person on the other end of the phone EVER explain that you had to make any specific attmpts to mail out 30 letters and send them thirty rejections before they would CONSIDER if they would send any money back.
I was told that if I was not satisfied after reading the information they sent, I could send things back and receive a refund. She also failed to explain the cost involved. I have since filed a complaint with the B.B.B. of Arizona and they have listened thus far to them.
I am also going to contact the Attorney Generals office and HUD in Arizona. These people need to be closed down. Maybe a class action lawsuit should be considered. Maybe there are lawyers that would be interested and would consider leaving an e-mail address for those of us interested. I WANT MY $99.00 RETURNED TO ME.
