JNL Apparel and Beyond I paid for merchandise that I have yet to receive but received a partial order. I am still waiting on the rest. Internet
I order two pairs of Nike Sports teams shoes in November of 2014. I have received the first pair, even though ordered on the same day, and have yet to receive second pair. I have waited the allotted amount of time of 2-6 weeks and even though I had to sign for the Steelers pair through the mail man at my front door, I have not had any knocks for signatures for the New England Patriots pair.
I have tried multiple times to contact this company through emails over a duration of a month and have yet to receive an answer of even an automated email to let me know that my order was even still in route. I received a verification email for the Steelers pair of shoes stated that my order has been delivered and that I must sign for them, but have heard absolutely nothing on my other order.
I need my money back or the merchandise that I have ordered asap. I am a very patient person but I will never order from a site that I am not extremely familiar with any more. This is highly innappropriate business behavior and would never wish this on anyone.
I work hard for my money and do not enjoy being ripped off.
