June 2014 I ordred a pair of sneakers with Dallas Cowboys design.  They took a couple months to arrive but they were stained. They told us to send them back they would clean them. They send them back to us the same as the first time, still stained. We shipped them back again the next time we waited another 2 months and came back still stained the next time we waited and waited to find out that they were shipped to the wrong address. Then the next time we waited and waited and was told they were sitting with a note in them after the last time we were told they were being shipped on the we spoke to them. We finally got them back about 4 weeks later. It wasn't until October just before Halloween when it was almost said and done. they said for the inconvienence they would refund half the cost plus what was paid for the shipping the check would be enslosed with the sneakers. The check was not there and we've been calling eversince. One time we were told we should get in about a week. Called several times between October and December finally getting someone on the phone in December just before Christmas telling me again that the check would be sent out and we still have not received anything. The refund amount was suppose to be $160. I would like a full refund of the $229 I paid the plus the shipping because after the first initial wear the letters came off the sneaker by the second wear the sneakers only has Dallas on it instead of dallas cowboys.
