JNL Apparel Your custom kicks charged for shoes, never rec'd, company vanished Corsicana TX

I ordered a pair of custom Steelers shoes on 11/09 as a Christmas gift for my son in law.  The confirmation email I rec'd  stated it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.  The charge for the shoes was immediately placed on my credit card.

Since 5 weeks had passed without any further notification or updates, and Christmas is 10 days away, I tried to contact the company.  Their cyber store has shut down, their facebook page has vanished and when I called their number I got a message stating the company has been forced into bankruptsy.  I have filed a dispute with my cc company regarding the charge of $238; but now I lack the time needed to get a gift for my son in law that he'd really appreciate.  Thanks JNL, you are the grinch!
