Do not use at all cost!!!! Wish I could leave no stars. Josh the owner of JNRL operates as a contractor by biding jobs over the amount of a handyman. I paid him over $18,000 for a job. When he was 1/4 of the way finished he began asking for advances because he was not able to pay for gas or food. I paid him several advances. He started asking for these advances to be paid in cash or to western Union them. The Job was supposed to be finished December 15th. When January 15th came he was not even half way finished and demanded more money or he was going to have to do other jobs and complete mine later. He continues to use personal excuses to not complete work. He is either the most unlucky person in the world or a complete con man. He has had 8 emergencies which each cause multiple days of work off in the last 60 days. Now I know in my opinion he was completing other jogs. He has failed multiply inspections. Now I am stuck he has left the job and I have paid him for jobs unfinished. Josh Loyld with JNRL presents very well but is a one man show that will leave your job in a minute to complete other work and leave you hanging for months.
