Big mistake to order, First I paid extra for expedited shipping. Took over three weeks and got the run around when asked where my ring was. Now it is a few months later and stones are falling out of the ring. No answer to the phone and emails are frustrating. First they want to know if I have the stones then tell me I can pay shipping to get more stones. When I say no, I dont know how to mount stones nor am I going to pay a jeweler, I get an email that says I need to consider the solution they gave me. There apparently is no solutoin other than suck it up. They do not stand behind their product and have poor customer service. Do not waste your money
