Joandarc has connections in the building industry and was well aware before everyone else (even local council members) of the re-zoning of my grandmother's neighbourhood, into a zone eligible for apartment construction.
This of course meant my grandmother's house was worth much more than its current market value (roughly 300,000 thousand dollars more to be exact). Joandarc knocked on my grandmother's door and harassed her to sell the house below its market value.
She nearly convinced her to sell her house for 1.2 million dollars, but luckily "A Current Affair", the Australian TV news show did a story about her which she saw, and my grandmother was able to bail in time before she got cheated by Joandarc.
Be careful when dealing with Joandarc Khouzame in real estate matters, as she is only interested in cheating you. By might also use her maiden name Joandarc Harb.

I look up the details of my former supervisor so I can contact him to add as a referee and get a reference, and find this. The truth needs to come out about this guy, he told me during after work drinks once that he loves it when they hire young 16 to 18 year old girls, as they are naive and basically easy to convince to have sex with, due to the power dynamics of him being their supervisor and them being inexperienced with men. To quote him exactly, he loves to "Pump and dump" them. Looks like you pushed things a bit too far hombre. I hope you've learnt from this Angelo. I won't be needing you as a referree now.
