Joann Fabrics is famous for being gender bias. They discriminate on your gender. I know of a joann fabrics that only has females due cutting counter and due framing. they say they would train guys but guys are over looked and only females are the ones who are trained. only females are promoted and given good hours while guys are given outrageous hours and are expected to know everything even on stuff they are not trained on.
