Complaint Review: JoAnne B. Rine/Paul Rine

SumLords: JoAnne Rine &  Paul Rine. Rent inhabitiable houses and apts to there tenants.  Offering Cheap rent but it's a snare to trick teanant into feeling: They found a good deal.... When in all reality; all 30 properties they own has been milked to death or deterioration. "Unsafe,inhabitiable!" In my case my house has no working furance. Septic tank in back is not even hooked up to electric ;for it to run plus sub-plump has'nt been funtional in years. Furance door has a solid wooden door. Furance can't breath and could trap gas behide that door. I have 1/4" to 1/2" gaps around the frames of both doors. Animails lives under the crawl space of my home. The house is slanted,creating slanted flooring. Code Enforcement and building Inspector both were very familar with this property. They admitted to haven a drug bust raid, in which they; Mifflin Narcotics Unit had executed on this very house about 1 year ago. Water Damage every where. Gutters cracked and lose and falling off. Missing down spouts.  Roof is bowed in-ward. Ceiling sags. Metal chimmey flashing not secure,water getting into house. Structual damage in joists. Window leak cold air thru them . Curcuit breaker: not up to code.  old out dated electric wires. only 3 circuits in breaker box for entrie house. Water heater is 1/2" from that circuit panel. Leak of gas in sm tube into pilit box. Hot and cold copper pipes above circuit breaker box. Exposed window in bathrm,outside no wood around frame.  Concreate around side walks of the house; is completed broken into lose flat rocks. Rain fallin on old out door lights. Very bad wiring on them... Yes I put my rent monies in Esgrow Accts. Plus i've mailed certfied letters to land lord. I've been asked to move-out by 10-31-13.  Multible trees surround the 1 arce of land.  Landlord will not trim nor cut to a safe level. Branches every where.  125ft trees.  24.9ft branches fall alot of time. Transformer very close to 150ft dead tree. A.E.P warned me to not let children in the back yard. That tree is completly dead. The 1st big wind will bring it down. And next we may not be so lucky as on Sept 26th 13.  When a 24.9 ft branch fell an ripped out my Main elec line. Plus cable and ph lines. I say to all the tenants of : Fatt Butt- JoAnne Rine be exposed to our courts.  Plus a class action law-suit be Executed against her.
