This person sold me, what I was lead to believe, was a used leather Valentino handbag on eBay. When I got it, it was a brand new counterfiet rubber knock off hand bag, with teh tissue paper still inside the bag, I was never used. It was made of rubber.
I wanted a refund. Said person stated her policy was no refunds. Ebay got involved in the dispute and sided with the seller, because I was too flabergasted to say the correct thing to them.
Totally disgusted. I got a ugly rubber fake Hong Kong special hand bag and I'm out $50. She sells on eBay and she lied to both me and eBay.

And the problem is ONLY going to get WORSE!!!! Its unfortunate that you got scammed. But we only have your word that you were scammed. Odds are that there is an exception listed on her page that allows her to send the rubber purses. YOU sought to get away with getting a NAME BRAND at garage sale prices. Unfortunatly this was used against you. I would suggest that you just stay away from Ebay. As I said the problem is only going to get worse. What YOU are doing is a COMMON TACTIC by those consumers who THINK they may have been screwed. But if Ebay sided with her, THAT tells you something. So instead of admitting that YOU got snookered or YOU didn't FULLY READ what you were buying.

Are you trying to turn this around and blame me ? What is this Youtube ? This woman clearly stated the bag was leather ! I wanted a leather bag, not a rubber handbag. Clearly not as described. She lied about the material of the bag. The fact it was a knock-off was secondary to me.
