Be very careful of these companies with the name of Chiledestinos Ltda. (chiledestinos.cl) and Tour & Travel (tourtravel.cl). They are run by Joaquín Tous (a.k.a Joaquim María Tous Boarrás) and Bárbara Espinoza (a.k.a. Bárbara Denisse Espinoza Arancibia). We booked a 14-day trip to Chile and the Easter Island on February 2013 for travel on December 2013. We made an advance full payment for the trip and we were given confirmation that all the details of the trip have been booked and confirmed. We received an e-mail one month before the trip was scheduled to start informing us that their company was having a financial crisis and they will not be able to provide the services agreed upon. A gradual refund was offered however that was the last that we heard from them. Multiple e-mail and phone calls were made however they were never returned. These companies are nothing but fraud. We later found out that they are not even licensed tour operators in Chile. Internet search revealed other victims. See attached photos of Tous and Espinoza.
