Beware of JOAQUIN MALDONADO aka BORICUA on the Warrior Forum and other sites.
He sets himself up as an experienced online marketer and offers services such as pre-made sites, marketing campaigns, SEO services and product creation.
In reality the man is a complete and utter conman and a thief. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND HIM ANY MONEY.
In the beginning he will communicate as though as he is your best friend but soon you will realise that this is just a smoke screen. As time goes by and he fails to produce anything, you will no doubt start to ask him what is happening.
His next tactic is to tell you all is well, to calm down and not to worry. On a public forum he will make you feel as you are being impatient and that all his other clients are giving him time to complete the job.
There will be excuses of course, the favorite being he has so much work that he is struggling to cope and he is working flat out to get it done. All through these communicates he gives the impression everything is ok and not to worry. It's all a load of BS
If you've ordered pre-built sites from him you might get the templates (low quality) but don't expect to ever see any content added as per the order.

I have heard from others who bought from him directly who have yet to see anything in return and have no chance of refund due to Paypal's 'non-tangible' product rules.
So do yourself a huge favor...if you come across this crook give him a huge body swrve. If you want to do everyone he's conned and robbed a favor...tip off the authorities, the guy's a crook!
