Complaint Review: job corp

I am coming to you for help with an assault that occurred in the dormitory (Wing4) on January 31, 2012. At approximately 2:00 A.M at Job Corp, 1375 Union Street Bangor, Maine 04401. The Resident Advisor on duty was Mr. Walker.

I went to bed at approximately 11:00 pm with 4 roommates located in the room. I  (room leader), Christopher Dumlop, and Wesley Rude were all involved in this incident. 
At approximately 2:00am I was awakened by an unusual odor (Christopher passed gas) directly in my face. When I opened my eyes Christopher had his butt inches away from my face. When I asked Christopher what he was doing he as well as Wesley proceeded to laugh, both students said nothing but continued to laugh. I then sat up and swallowed then realizing I was swallowing something as well as noticing I had someone elses hair around my mouth area. I knew this
was someone elses hair because once I sat up it began to fall off of my face.
I then stated what is going on what is this hair on my face followed by going to the overnight RA. The RA proceeded to follow me to my room and tell my roommates to cut it out then left. The RA knowing the seriousness of the incident neglected to change my room during that night.

 Early that morning at 6:00 a.m. I began to vomit. I didnt know what was causing me to vomit until I was approached by another roommate Alexander Davis; this student informed me that the incident was in fact recorded by Wesley on his mobile device, which he had seen. Student informed me that the substance that I swallowed was pubic hair that Christopher had cut off of his person (Wesley recorded) and inserted it into my mouth while I was asleep with my mouth open. Alexander also witnessed Christopher putting a used condom in my mouth as well as around my mouth area. The
video also shows Wesley taking a penny inserting it in his buttocks then placing it under my nose.  Several students on campus have seen this video as well as being told what happened to me.

I then went to the RA Mr. Walker and wrote a statement. The next step was me reporting my incident to security followed security having witnesses write statements.  I then asked if I could be taken to the hospital I was told no and that wellness would assist me. I was not able to go to the hospital until I called my grandmother and had her ensure I received medical attention on 2/1/12 at 11:00 a.m. . I was then transferred to a different center. I did not receive any support or reassurance of safety and security. I am looking to NAACP for support with this matter. My last center has yet to provide me with my incident report. I feel as if my last center is not willing to support me in fact trying to sweep the situation under the rug.

SO WHAT TO DO I NEED HELP!!!!!
