On September of 2007, I signed up for the "Insider Secrets To Co-Reg" which is an ebook that Mr.Hans wrote or so he claims, which also included a "Walk-with-Me Membership", which I didn't want to begin with but it was part of the deal plus it very clearly said in the sales letter (which I keep a print out of, I always do this and I recommend everyone does this specially when you are buying from someone for the first time, because they can change the website or sales letter anytime) that I could cancel the membership at anytime, so believing this. I proceeded to check out, paid my $97 for the ebook + first month of membership, which was sold as a package deal, I wanted the ebook and didn't mind paying for a month worth of membership, after all I was planning to cancel it immediately, so I got the ebook and then proceeded to send and email requesting the cancellation of my membership on September 27, 2007.

Never heard back from them for a while, so assumed the membership was canceled, when to my surprise they send an email, telling me, they have billed me for the membership for the month of October. I said to myself, well they might have lost that email, so I sent them another one in October, never heard from them again for a couple of months so I' thinking, good, they took care of it.

In March when my accountant is doing my company taxes, he comes into my office to ask me what is this monthly recurring bill for $47 for a Company named Big Bang products. To my surprise again I see they have billed me every single month, after 2 sent emails, so I write 2 more emails, to an email address that Jodi Hans himself has claimed to be his personal email address, in a forum, nothing happens, no answer. So before I start making complaints left and right, I decided to call the guy, sure enough I got his answering machine, I left a polite message explaining the situation, nothing happened, no answer, no call back, no email, mean while they keep charging me.

I have given this guy the benefit of the doubt because I thought he was a serious business person like other internet marketers, I've met. I also understand what is like to be a busy entrepreneur, and how sometime emails get lost or ignored by some overworked or distracted employees but this is too much, 4 emails and 3 phone calls how inefficient can you and your company be?

This is just to stop them from keep billing me for a service I never used! Now imagine trying to get a refund from them!

I was very hesitant to do this it's so little money but it's this kind of conduct that gives internet marketing a bad reputation and if we do any kind of online business it affect us all. I personally will complaint to the FTC, the BBB and every private and public organization, there is and suggests any who is been affected by this company or any online business does the same. This unethical conduct most be stopped!
