This woman bought a perfectly healthy puppy from me as we both sat two hours in a vets office. She says nine days later it started itching, scratching at its ears and crying. Puppies get ears problems but there was nothng wrong at the time of sale. She insisted I was paying the bill. And since I didn't she has reported me to every agency she possibly can. BBB, Attorney generel, a rescue group and now This rip off page. This woman has a vendetta against me. I offered to buy the puppy back since she could not afford to care for it. But she insists on trying to ruin my very good reputation by telling asolute lies and trying to blame me for a condition that happened well after I sold her the pup. I think it should be agaist the law to allow her to continue. I guess I will have to hire a lawyer.

I recently found this LIE of a report by the Known thief and liar Gale Rivers. Firstly her site spells her name Gayel, she spells her name Gail, Gayle, Gayel, Gale. (why do that UNLESS you're trying to hide something).
Please look up the different spellings of her name, I have written a report and BROUGHT PROOF Positive of everything I said. The proof is there in emails, and Vet reports. This is not a matter of my word against Gale Rivers, this "IS" a matter of Gale Rivers being A Thief and a liar and her own emails PROVE it!
Gale Rivers has teamed up with a KNWON Felon by Jennier Payne, who also spells her name Jenipher Payne and Jennipher and spells her last name differently. She is on this site with arrest records that her entire family, (husband and brother and Friends), have been arrested for Assualt, for Batterie, for Theft (felonly) they have created mulitple FAKE companies for the sole purpose of steling thousands and thousands from unsuspecting people INCLUDING the elderly.
Jennipher is NOW the own of a huge poodle kennel, based in another state, she also picks up dogs and breeds them and fakes the paper work, I have provided proof also in her report.
Gale uses a Vet that is not licensed, and the Vet Tech and Gale cross breed puppies and falsefy paperwork, she is instrumental in helping Gale LIE about the SICK puppy I was sold; it was her statement to Gale that gave Gale to audacity to LIE, and yet I have the Other Vets paperwork that PROVE the condition of my puppy, and I even spent the time and money to go to OTHER Vets for other opinions, they all said the same thing.
I have every box from the ALL the meds, and I saved the EMPTY tubes and bottles that are dated and have his name on them for varification.
I was unaware of this LIE of a report from Gale and so am now just repsonding to it. I did respond in December but it was placed on the original report filed against Gale. I let this site know and have proof of the issue with this site.
I have never sought to HARM Gale even though she STOLE Hundreds of dollars from me, and I am out Many hundreds more than I paid for him BECAUSE HE WAS in SUCH BAD SHAPE. All I asked Gale to do was to pay the VET bills in order to get him well. She refused, over and over, it wasn't UNTIL I said I would turn her in that she FINALLY offered to buy him back.
I am very ill, I had lost my poodle, Gale was aware of all of this. Gale Rivers took advantage of my illness, and of my emotional state. She has teamed up with a KNOWN FELON and a Vet Tech that She uses to breed UNPAPERED poodles with to try and continue this FRAUD.
As I stated please go read the origional report and see her emails to me, see her stupid accusations about me, and I am the ONLY one that has brought ANY PROOF/Validation of what I said.
Gale talks like a used car salesman, she has been in the business of puppy abuse for so many years that she can make anyone believe anything. I have emails where I have tried endlessly to make a resolution with Gale and her repsonse has been pure hatred, LIES and getting in bed with KNowN FELONS to try and DO MORE DAMAGE TO ME.
