Complaint Review: JODY AND JAQUELINE "JACKIE" ROGERS

I am offering a reward for 20% of the total awarded in court ordered from tje theif who SCAMMED A DISABLED NC RESIDENT!!!! I'm disabled and was in and out of the hospital with surgeries. This couple built over 200 sunrooms and decks down at Topsail Island,Surf City, Emerald Ise, Atlantic Beach,Hampstead area and many others in Mountains and Central North Carolina. I asked all around to at least 15 people that Jody and Jackie/ Jaqueline Rogers built sunrooms and decks for and they all said they were pleased. My park model was in a private park in Hampstead, NC called Virginia Creek owned by Robert King. He is the one that promoted Jody and his wife Jackie and he also asvertised on the advettisememt board in the park office. The owner said tjat is whp he wanted to do any of the sunrooms otherwise the builder would have to go through him. Jody and his wife came to my place and he gave me the proposal and that when i gave him half of the price he would begin.. I had a surgery coming up so i payed him for the entire job so they could purchase the supplies. I was in and put two days and they got the framework up and some of the ceiling panels. I was gone for two days and nobedy was there. Some of the supplies were left on the ground and they obviously yook off after I left home. I went to the park owner that gave me all the contact info for Jody and Jackie but he was no help
He said he has nothing to with Jodys buisness. I contacted tje county sheriffs dept and made a complaint then had a attorney try to contact him. Victor H.E. Morgan, Atty in Jacksonville had a private investigator try to locate Jody and Jackie Rogers and then MR. Morgan filed a court complaint against Jody Rogers in Thomasville, NC and the deputies could not locate Jody ot Jackie Rogers. To this day I have not been payed compensation for the $4000.00 I paid by check to Jody and Jackie Rpgers. Because of the law imvolving unfair practice and trade they Jody Rogers would have to pay triple the amount which would be $12,000.00 plus attorney fees. If anyone knows their whereabouts please contact the nearest and would appreciate the help from any person responsible for the arreat of Jody Rogers that was living in Thomasville, NCSheriffs Dept or Police Dept. Copy this notice and when the courts charge him and I receive my award I will pay you 20% of the total award .
