Complaint Review: Jody Dale Russell

Jody Dale Russell is about 5'6"-5'7" with a stocky build. He has brown eyes and his hair is naturally brown, although he used to like to bleach the tips of his "Terminator" style haircut back when I knew him and as recently as 2000. He is missing part of a heel on one foot and has homemade tattoos on his fingers. He has scars from self-mutilation on his arms and possibly one from a gunshot wound. His birthday is April 6, 1968.

He worked on the night shift at Felpausch Foods in Hastings until February 2004. As far as I know, he now works for a security company on the 3pm to 1am shift at Kellogg Community College. He claims he has been a bouncer, but he lies frequently, so I don't know if that is true.

He has a sixteen-year-old daughter, his first child, who he has not seen since she was eleven months old. I finally tracked him down a few years ago after years of his running away from his child support obligation. The courts ordered him to pay $45 a week plus $15 for backpay. When the payments finally started, they ranged from $18 to $32 a week, and they were irregular.

He has since remarried (his third or fourth). His new wife's name is Amanda and they have been married for four years. They have two boys and a girl, plus he has another boy living in North Carolina last I knew.

He has written to his daughter one time since our divorce, and that was nothing but negative stuff about my mother and his and my long-ago failed relationship. He refuses to admit that he owes child support.

I'm sure he plans to skip out on this obligation, probably even going so far as to leave the country. I will not give up, though, because I am responsible for my child.
