Complaint Review: Joe Bourque/ Bourque Construction

I hired Joe Bourque or Bourque construction to install a new tile floor in my kitchen. He completely messed it up. The tiles have only been down for a few days and some are already coming up!! The grout between the tiles is cracking! He never even grouted the edges under the cabinets or along the edges. There are huge gobs of grouting and then none right next to it. Grout is smeared on the wall and hardened I cant get it off!. the floor is all uneven and the tiles move when you walk on them. He had to move the frige and now that is leaking!!. Every day more grouting cracks. 

So I let this Joe know right away that there were problems. He took my money and has refused to fix anything. By refused I me he just won't return a call or text. He continues to place ads on craigslist NH taking new jobs. I have called and texed and emailed him dozens of times but he continues to ignore me. 

I have had 2 flooring experts in and both agree the job is a complete mess can not be salvaged and has to be demolished and re-done. 

Joe Bourque seemed like a nice guy but he is not. He doesn't care about the costomers he serves and just wants to get your money. Don't hire him for any reason.
