Complaint Review: Joe Castro DBA Sentria Valley Wide LLC

 I ordered 'Internet Service' from Charter Communications. Soon after? I receive a call, from a 'Slick Salesman'... Who? Tells me: "You'll get ALL the same channels as your DISH Account! For less money! We want to 'Bundle your Account' with the Internet. So? I believed the liar.

They dig a 50 yard ditch! Out here 2-3 days. Finally we get our 'Cable'.. I turn it on? There are 'restrictions' on the majority of ALL the Channels? I had to call, and 'pay'...  For the 'Gold Account'... $125.00!! To get what channels we do get! And they are NOT the 'same' as DISH! By far in fact!! Now? I receive another Bill? For $202.00?!! MORE than DISH by far!!

My Internet has gone down 2-4 times!! Yes! I guess I was  'credited'? They 'told me I was?!! Still? To LIE? To get an Account, that does NOT give the same Channels.... MANY.. And? Still the cost is NOT that much different...? And ? It goes UP!! After one year! To $179.00 for Cable/Internet? DISH gives 3 months FREE FULL CHANNELS!! Charter? GIVES LIES..

I wrote a Certified/Return Receipt to Mr. Rutledge. Told him: "If you/someone does not call me? And correct the LIES? I will post it on this site: www.ripoffreport.com. Well Tom? Here it is!! You run a Company that LIES to get Customers.... Which? Is very SICK.. Honestly....

To be 'promised/told': "You'll get ALL the same Channels as DISH? I watched many Religious Channels on DISH every Sunday. NONE of them are with Charter. I did watch a 'Spanish Service'. There are maybe 2 or 3 'Christian Channels' available with Charter. DISH... Had TBN, Shepherd's Chapel, 24hrs a day! 7 Days a week... I cannot stand to be LIED to..... It truly is sad, that Charter is doing this... To pull Customer's away from DISH!..... I have NEVER had my Internet go down!! I've had Internet since 90?!! Except with Charter..... Even the 'Cable Pics' have gotten 'Distorted'.. I had to call, and unplug/re-set... And it was not a week? It is happening again.. I promised Mr. Tom Rutledge... I'd post here... About the LIES/RIP-OFF Company he is CEO of? .... I ASKED.. For anyone to contact me. I sent the Certified letter.. It was stamped : Sept 11, 2013. To date? Nothing but a HIGHER BILL.. Than DISH?......  Is that 'Honorable' to LIE? Rip-Off people?..... Hardly.....  And? In a year? It goes UP! Higher than we were paying DISH and my previous Internet Provider before.. With less Channels.. Lousy reception/distorted... Internet that's gone down 2-3 times already? How much 'Quality' is that?.. Truly?

 After writing the former rebuttal, regarding the IRS, Joe Castro, Mis-Appropriation of Funds. I thought I'd look through my Checkbook. Just to see, since I write very few checks.

Low and behold!! Check #1603 for the amount of $2,095.00. Written/Made out to? What did I say? Before? ..... "Joe Castro"... Cashed at my Bank, the very same day! To cash a 'personal check' or a check written in a person's name is fine!!

However?  This check? Was for purchasing a Kirby Vacuum cleaner, all the accessories! Had to be? For that massive amount. DUHH?... I even 'traded in' my barely used, light weight 'Oreck'... I'd imagine Ol' Joe? Was laughin' all the way to the bank!! As dumb as it was? To 'give them/trade in' an Oreck? And then pay almost $2,100.00? That's really ignorant... Now that I think about it... No doubt? Lyin' Joe? Took my Oreck.. And sold it in Visalia at his Business.. For the highest amount he could get!!

The only thing I have to 'look forward to'? Is the IRS.... I'm going to call them! I have the copy of the check I wrote to 'Joe Castro'... For a Business... Not Joe. However? Joe cashed that check, signed the back! And put it in his pocket! The IRS.. Will look and see if Joe put that Cash in the Business account.. Or? Kept it and spent it?.....  I truly believe, I am not the only 'client' of Joe's!! And if Joe did not deposit $2095.00 in the Business Account, but cashed it and spent it? That is 'Mis-Appropriation of Funds', as well as 'Tax Evasion'... There Joe.. Too bad it's been a year ago, there Joe!!..

I pray.... Your sins 'find you out' Sir...... In the most severe way you deserve. To falsely accuse me' of not being disabled? Just because I had my car parked in my driveway? And didn't have the blue Handicap Playcard hanging from my mirror? Why would I have to do that in my own driveway? Joe!!! I was born with Spondylolisthesis Spinabifida. Look that up. I was the 'first male' in the US and Europe, to be a 'Test Guinea Pig' for what was then called SNX-111. Now called Ziconatide. I was on it for 7 Months. Non narcotic. Venom from a sea snail.

It is known to be 1,000x's stronger than morphine! In 2000, After GOD healed my wife after over 12 ours being braindead? (impossible).... He healed me!! Of 'Adhesive Arachnoiditis' (incurable)! I could only stand for 7 minutes.. Before He healed me! I can stand, walk.... Briskly!!.... I even went back to work!! After over 11yrs in bed, 95% bedfast..... Joe... You have falsely accused an Ordained Minister. Scripturally 'Satan is a false accuser of the Brethren'. Give you any hint of who/what was behind (in) your heart? Accusing me falsely? Doing so? Spiritually... You brought a curse upon your Life..... By falsely accusing me Sir. I believe... The IRS.... The Check I wrote? All will be a part of whatever curse... GOD.... Shall allow to fall upon you/your own Life....

Because of 'your very own actions' ... Joe. You should be hearing from the IRS soon!! I am going to contact them, will forward the copy of the check made  out to you. Not the Business  you run... YOU!! I believe you cashed that check, put that in your pocket!! Laughing as you did it! Was a 'high' I bet for you? Just wait until the IRS looks into it.... There Joe. If you cashed it, spent it... Signed it in your name? That Sir? Is 'Mis-Appropriation of Funds', as well as Tax Evasion and Fraud, Joe Castro. I'll be praying for you! Surely... That GOD shall keep His Word... I will bless those who bless thee... And curse those, who curse thee...... His Word Joe. Not Mine.

 Joe Castro lies.. Big Time!! He was not even here! In my home! The Beginer/Novice Rep was.....  The Rep even told me he was 'new to the Business'.

The Rep 'spot cleaned' an area of my bedroom! Not 2 other rooms!? LIES!.... Joe drops them off, returns to get the Check, which was written out in Joe's name... Not the Company....That? Is what is called 'Mis-Appropriation of Funds... If in fact he had it written in 'his name', cashed it, put it in his wallet... And did not put it/document as Business Income, in his Business Account. I believe he cashed it. Put the money in his pocket.  I am going to do a 'Search' with my Bank.... To verify if in fact it is/was written out to him..Not the Business. Which I believe it was made out to: Joe Castro. Not any Business Name.

He lied about the 'rooms' being all shampooed for 'free'. He was 'not here'! How would he even know what? Was done/not done? I will also contact the IRS regarding the Check I wrote to him... In his name. The IRS can go back 7 years!! So Mr. Joe!! Liar.....  You'll be talking to them ... Soon!! Son!! See just how many other 'Clients' you had write your name on the Checks!! IRS... can pull just about anything! You'll be 'quite busy'!! Joe Blow!!... I'm 'sick' of your lies Bud!!...

I'll let the IRS handle you!! I have 'no doubt'.. You have done the same thing to many others as you did to me!! There is a Scripture... 'Beware, lest your sins find you out'... Joe.... I'll assure you one thing Bud... ALL you have done? GOD surely sees!! I'm an Ordained Minister... Which you lied about, cashed a check written in 'your name'...? The IRS will dig so deep into your business. Mis-Appropriation of Funds and Fraud? Carry Jail/Prison time. We're going to get to see just how 'Honest Joe Castro.. Fairs!! With the IRS.....

I'll assure you.. It won't be a pretty picture. Yes! I have video surveillance of my home Joe! Any man who would lie? And cash a check in his name? You can't change that Joe!! Since it's been over a year now? You surely cannot 'revise your books'!! Bud!! I give you my word Joe Castro.. I will have my Bank do a search for the Check. Then? I will contact the IRS.. And forward the front and back of it? To them.. Joe.....  If it is written in your name, and was cashed (as it was the day you left my home)....

Written/made out to Joe Castro. You cannot go back, and change anything. The IRS however? Can go back 7 years! And? If they've found enough inconsistencies in your Books, Joe? I believe they can go back further and further.  I keep my word, Joe. We'll see just how well you do with the IRS.... There is another Scripture: "In everything give thanks, for this is the Will of God, concerning you"... That? Is for all who are living for Him! Not for liars, cheats, crooks, thieves... There is a 'special place' reserved for all who do not

 Joe Castro DBA Sentra , stated 'for free'.... The man cleaned 'several rooms''!!! LIE!!!.... He cleaned some of one room!! Just like the $74.00 Check? I do NOT remember EVER receiving!! It was just not that long ago LIAR JOE!! Look up and see... IF a $74.00 Check is cashed, my signature on the back?!!!! I NEVER received ANY reimbursement!! NOR the 10% for paying in FULL... They went, cashed the check made ( I believe to Joe Castro) Not Sentra!!...  Doubt he ran it thru his books!! It was cashed!! His name!!! Not the Sentra Business name....... Sickening.... The $74.00 Check I never remember receiving? And then me making the check out to Joe Castro... I was TOLD by the Rep.. It was cashed as soon as they left my Home!! In his name... Went to my Bank!! Got cash!!! Put it in his Pocket!! You know? IRS? Can and WILL go back 7 years!! I've lived here almost 4!!! I'll be contacting the IRS!!! Joe!!! Rest assured!!! You showed up the Day the Rep was dropped off.. In a Grey Van.... he told me who you were!!!..... And you went right to my Bank!! Cashed the check!! After you left my home.. It was made out to you!! Not your Company! The IRS... Consideres that? Tax Evasion/Fraud.... And there are very stiff penalties, even jail time!!! If you did it to me? No doubt?!! You've done it to many others as well!! Even tried to recruit me!! I would NEVER want to work with a Cheat like Joe!! EVER!!!

Secondly?.... Joe screamed at me! Telling me I am not disabled! I have been disabled since I was 33 yrs of age!!! Joe!!! Just because you don't see a Blue Card hanging from my Window...? In my driveway?!!!! Does NOT mean I am not disabled!! Why would i hang it in my Drive way? You ever seen anyone with a Pole in their Driveway, with the Blue Square at the top of it?!!! I sincerely doubt it! joe... I hang it at any Business/Dr's office, where the blue lines are... the pole with the blue Sign at the Top and a warning of $250.00 fine.... When I leave? I pull it down, tuck it into the right side pouch where it was sitting the day you came to my home.. Idiot!!!!!!!!

Regarding the customer complaint which was handled in a timely manner.  Customer called in with questions regarding his purchase price of a sentria vacuum. The customer was calling in asking for supplies which were not specified on the contract. The sales rep was sent out to the customer's home to fix any problems which have arrived by consumer. The customer was  complaining of stains that were in the customers carpet. We offer a room at no charge done by the rep at the time of presentation.

The customer forgets to mention that he asked the rep to do a couple of other rooms, which were done free of charge. People tend to forget the good deeds we sometimes do for customers. The thing that gets me is if I or my company were out to RIP OFF people there should be a couple more negative post out by other customers about us. We represent a great american product that has been around for almost 100 years. The Kirby company has a great reputation as well as Valley Wide. We serve the nation and and our communities around us.

WE are proud working people,regarding the manner that I collect payment it's CASH,CHECK or FINANCE. People do tend to write bad checks,so if I choose to ask customers to pay in full and make the check payable to ME, who I am the owner.  Please tell me if that's a crime? By the way if we were such awful people why did the customer agree to Keep the product? He still is a very proud owner of a KIRBY SENTRIA VACUUM and I thank him for that, we sell over 100 units a month and I again  can't stress the fact we can't please everyone. Thanks for reading.
