No finance company or vehicle dealership has to tell you how many times a vehicle has been purchased.  However, you do have a period of 30 days from the time you sign the paperwork to return the vehicle.  If the vehicle had been in a bad accident, then it would have a "salvage" title.  Which clearly states "salvaged" and looks very different from the normal, green Oklahoma State title.  You could have done a little research on the vehicle yourself, such as purchased a carfax report, ect.  Things like that are inexpensive and are worth the extra $ in the long run.

I conducted one of these reports before I purchased my vehicle at Joe Cooper Easy Credit in Midwest City, and everyone that I have come into contact with there has been very upfront and honest.  I am truly happy with my vehicle purchase.  If your vehicle was ever in a minor accident, the dealership may not have known.  Things like that happen every day, which I am sure you are aware of.  Most of the vehicles that are sold at Joe Cooper Easy Credit, are purchased from auction yards.  So dont totally blame the dealership for not informing you, as they may not have known.  But anyone in the market to by a used vehicle should do their own research and not depend 100% on the dealership to disclose information.
