Complaint Review: Joe (Joseph) Kocott

I found Joe Kocott cable modem seller at Alibaba.com website. He told me that he can sell different kind of cable modems. I paid for my first order and got product and everything look fine. After that I made much larger order and have not receive anything for more then a year. I was calling Joe Kocott every week, but most of my calls went to voice mail. He did pick up his phone maybe once a month and there was always some kind of excuses.
Please avoid business deals with Joe Kocott, Global Marketing , Inc from Pittsburgh. He can promise you a lot, but at the end he will take you money and run.
