on may 24 2017 I had my car fixed they promised 2 year warranty on all PARTS : now the part is broken and they said they cant find the paper work and i would have to PAY CASH for new labor and parts $300  i called for a week!!! Run away from this dealership! I had my car serviced and they told me two year guaranteed on parts I go back 8 months later and they said once they close a sales receipt they can't look it up again I said you guaranteed Me 2 years on the part itself unfortunately once we close the sales we can't reopen it .well how do you guarantee all your guarantees oh I don't know who told you 2 years our stuff is only good for a few days 90 days we go to AutoZone to buy parts for people's car we don't use Chrysler parts we use whatever I got this on a auto recorded phone call so I went to a different dealership and had them put the part in and paid cash for the same part and now I'm going down to small claims court to get a few hundred dollars back
