I’m the owner of this property (10400 Henderson road, Brighton, CO). Joe Crandall is not to be running a business out of this property. He is being evicted but knows how to use the court system. He is getting evicted for his FRAUD, DRUG ADDICTION & VIOLATING THE LEASE AGREEMENT. I’m’ paying the utilities-can’t shut them off (those are the rules). Beautiful family of mine living in the house are terrified by him. I may end up dead, horses, kids may end up dead; all because this person has planted himself on this property. Judge ruled he had to get out. He appealed ....higher judge (for now) thinks it’s ok; he can stays for now - no bond no nothing. People in and out all times of the day and night. Drugs you bet! (Amphetamines… it is).
People are having to get court orders and sheriff escort, to retrieve their vehicles.
