After reading through the website: charlesrandylance.com I don't understand how this criminal is still walking the streets, much less running a business. Why haven't the police picked up this criminal and locked him up yet? With as many people as this dirt bag has screwed over you would think someone would have already served justice on this con man if the police are not willing to do it.
And for the record, I am not just some random person posting on here, I have known Joe for over 30 years. I also know the real story here. This convicted felon, con man, thief tried to swindle Joe Mehm out of his business. He forged documents, opened up bogus accounts and tried to make it look like he owned St. Augustine Blinds. When that failed, he opened up another business with the name St. Augustine Window Blinds and then tried to pretend to be Joe to play off Joe's good name and great reputation...being Charles Lance has no good name or great reputation. His name and reputation is all over the Internet for everyone one to see.
All anyone need do to see who is the real thief and liar and who is the honest business man is do a Google search, first for Charles R Lance, then for Joe Mehm. You will find pages of listed scams, crimes, pissed off people and documented evidence of Charles R Lance's crimes and shady business practices. You will find nothing like this about Joe, except for those things this scumbag has recently posted about him. Anything negative only comes from Charles R Lance, no one else...coincidence?
I think it's outrageous that this forum and the Internet in general can be used to try and discredit someone like Joe Mehn and his years of a reputable business man by this convicted and known criminal Charles R Lance. As a personal friend of joes for decades now I would also hope that anyone seeing this would do their homework and check out both Joe and Charles online and draw your own conclusions about who is the liar, thief and con man. You won't have to go too far to see this piece of garbage Charles R Lance for what he is.

As I am familiar with this case I should point out a few points ,
1) mehm had 20 years to form an llc or incorporate
2) St Augustine Blinds .com checking account was to be closed (the new owner did not want it open)
3) mehm has been reported for making death threats against mr lance
4) a cease and desist has been filed against mehm

This Charles...Randy...Lance or whatever his name is sounds like a real scumbag. After reading his rap sheet on the website I would say he did not learn his lesson in prison and could use another trip there...this time for a much longer stay. This criminal should be taken off the streets. Maybe while he is in prison this time he could learn proper grammar and spelling as well...he sounds and writes like a moron as well.
It's just a matter of time before someone takes this piece of s*** out I am sure....not that he would be missed....

OK, should have known this was coming. My business was scammed in a MAJOR way by Charles Randy Lance and I've filed reports with the FBI and the local police department. He offered to buy my business and then used my business bank statements to white out my name and take out a loan among other things(why would I white out my name on MY bank statements you moron?). This CONVICTED FELON is a BIG concern to the members of our community - where I've lived for over 30 years and so I made a website documenting all the public information about this fraud, check writing, kiting scam artist.
