Joe Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell, J. Mitchell Battery Recycle Scam Houston, Texas
Joseph/Joe Mitchell offered to buy used batteries from my medical supply company. He gave me a business card with a company named "Alloy Tech" and said his company recycles used batteries and pays a certain amount per pound. The name on the card said J. Mitchell, address 6819 Cadillac, Houston TX 77082. The phone number is 832-258-1801. Needles to say, he took the batteries to be weighed and never returned with money. The business name and address do not match on the card I was given. He even went as far as to write me a receipt.
