Joe Nerd Doesn't Pay It's Technicians! Some Nerve! Internet

There is definietly something wrong with Joe Nerd. I invoiced them back on May 29th 2008. Everytime we call about this invoice we get the run-around. The VP (Matthew Zullo) even told me that "...I'm going without electricity right now just to make sure one of my techs gets paid...we didn't get paid by one of our contractors for a big job..." Everyone I speak to their promises to pay us but nothing seems to get done. When we call them we just get their voicemail (after a long wait). A recruiter with Joe Nerd, even called me over the July 4th holiday to try to convince me to do more work for them. I politely declined. The invoice I have is only for about $150. It isn't the money, but rather the principal of the whole thing. I think I'd have prefered honesty and integrity over just being plain screwed. Is anyone else having this problem?
