Joe Pernell or Pennell aka Joe Hernandez of Quality Quartz and Granite from Craigslist Countertop Arizona
After speaking to multiple contractors on Craigslist, Joe was adamant about the service. Joe Can to my home on November 8th to measure my counters for Granite counter tops to be installed. He required the money up front to pay for the slab and I provided $700. He wrote out a contract for installation to be November 27 but was going to try to install before Thanksgiving. He called a few days later stating the granite slab he ordered was not the right size and I needed to pay another slab ($700). I told him that was not my problem that he needed to figure it out. He mentioned he was going to pick up the other piece in Tucson and would be here by Friday. The next time I talked to him his guys was working on the slab after 2 1/2 weeks. I told him I wanted my money back and he told me I had already cut the slab in there was on refunds and to stop pushing him and his actual contract says the 27th anyway. November 26th I texted him and asked him what would be this ETA for the 27th and he states my guys are cutting the sink portion now. I will call you.
November 27th at 11:16 am I texted to see what the status is and he told me the guys are working on the edges. I asked him to take a picture so I can see the progress and he tell me I don't know if they have picture phones. Texted again at 5:23 pm and he says he is traveling back from LA. He had to take his daughter back home after Thanksgiving break. Nov 28th I told him our agreement was broken and I want a refund and he tells me he will put it in the mail. I told him I prefer to pick it up and he tells me it's already in the mail. It was excuse after excuse. I am filing a police report today.
