Complaint Review: Joe Robinson

This aged shelf/finance "consultant" was paid $4,519.00 , in full and in advance, for what was supposed to have been the legal and bonafide acquisition of an aged LLC in good standing, and so as to hopefully build up legitimate credit profile within a very reasonable period of time. As it turns out, this same "consultant" outsourced - or so he claims (who really knows if he's telling the truth) -the "back end work" (or so he puts it) to a 3rd-party supposedly based in FL, who in turn obtained a reinstated entity that in fact belongs to someone else... i.e. agedshelfcorp had no right to'sell" this LLC as it was not even theirs to sell! I realized almost from week one that something smelled fishy, and even requested an immediate, full refund from this vendor, but to no avail. To make matters worse, not even paypal nor even my own bank felt that they were authorized at that point to issue a chargeback (note: in retrospect, I would have been better off paying by credit card, rather than by paypal, and perhaps would have thus been able to get a chargeback...paypal, as a rule, is completely unsympathetic to claims of an "intangible nature", and my own bank couldn't convince paypal to nullify the funds transfer). Bottom line: I have been trying to get a refund from this vendor for well over 4 months now, but he will not return any of my emails or calls! FYI - on several occassions he indicated by email that he would consider some sort of "refund offer" (i.e. he was unwilling to refund me in full), but he never followed through with even some sort of partial refund, which at this point, I would be unwilling to accept as he has caused me even further monetary loss, anguish, etc above & beyond what I paid him initially.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT/SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY!
