Complaint Review: Joe Ruda Aqua Blue Pools Aqua Clear Blue Pools

Joe Ruda is a scam artist. PA state police told me I was lucky I even got my pool put in! They say he rips people off year after year and then claims he filed Chapter 13. He needs to be stopped. He threatened me on the phone after days of trying to contact him because my liner has tons of holes in it and I was leaking 6 inches a waters a week. Ruda tells me he is not responsible for repairs when it states right on his contract that he IS for the first year. The pool is put up incorrectly, the whole thing has to come down and we have to start all over because its not even level!
