Joe's Auto Zip tied my car back together after breaking it! Avondale, Arizona
December 15th 2011. I took my 2004 Subaru Forrester in for a simple oil leak Friday afternoon. After 2+ hours they diagnosed the oil cooler should be replaced... $200. I kindly said no and they sent me on my way...
On the way home I noticed a funny noise under my car. I was dragging my oil dust pan... Saturday morning I brought it in to Taylor the office manager... He fixed it by zip tying it to my car! According to Taylor my car is " OLD, RUSTY, and CORRODED" unworthy of a new part (Which according to his calculation is $90.)
To make matters worse, I asked to speak to his boss. Lars (the regional manager) stated "it is not an essential piece...Not worth his man hours to hunt down in a junk yard." They will find it when they have time!
ONE CALL TO SUBARU DEALERSHIP! $7.00!!!!
SERIOUSLY!
I guess my car and future business is worth less!!!
