 Searched for a Samsung tv on Amazon and Joe's AV had the lowest price with free shipping. Purchased it on their site and everything looked legit. The next day I received a phone call from a guy who said he was calling about my order with Joe's AV. He sounded like your typical mofia character. He congratulated me on my purchase and started triing to upsell me to a more expensive tv. I declined but he wouldn't take no for a answer. Finally we moved on then he wanted to upsell the shipping or buy the more expensive tv and he would ship it from the NJ location which would get me the tv faster. He also stated the free shipping would take as long as 22 days to get to me. I declined and said I want the free shipping. Then he said I had to pay 4% insurance on the tv and that it was manditory.

I replied "no where does it say on the website or during check out that it was manditory to pay the 4% insurance. He started to get rude and said " well i'm telling you now!" So I asked him to cancel the order and said ok and hung up on me. I called the next day because I never received a email saying the order was cancelled and they had my credit card info. I got the same rude character and he said everything was erased and they never keep credit card numbers. So I cancelled my credit card number because I don't believe a word this guy says. Bottom line is this company never was going to sell the tv for the advertised price. They undercut everyone to get the sale. Then they try to trick and upsell you untill you're right back up to the compeditors price. Very deceiving company and as I researched this company I found this is a common practice with them. Buyer beware!
