Joe's AV Bought Item that web site says was in stock and obviously was not Kings New York

Placed order for high end  Yamaha receiver on 11-27-15   12 days since order, up charged for expedited FedEx , still no tracking number from Joe's. I have contacted them numerous times and simply put I get the run around. There website showed item in-stock and continues to show item in-stock when in reality they admitted the item is shipped direct from "a distributer" and is not stocked at their facility. I was told several days in a row by four different people at Joe's the item had shipped that morning? As far as I can tell the item still has not shipped. On 12-7 I spoke to the Manager, George, and was assured it shipped and I would get the tracking that day by the end of the bussiness day. I received no tracking info. I spoke with the shipping manager on 12-8 and was told again it shiped that morning and I would be e-mailed the tracking info, still no email. I called back at 4:00pm and asked about tracking info and got the run around again so I told them to cancle my order and rfund my card. I was finally told They would cancle the order and refund the card. The order still says processing on thier web sie and my card is not refunded. I choose to order from joe's based on trust piolet reviews rating of 9.5 out of 10 at the time of my order. I know see how such a bad company could have such a good rating after leaving a bad review on trust pilot joe's disputes the review and it is removed pending trust pilots investigation.
