In May, 2017, my company sold some equipment to Joe Sanchez of Audiovisual Warriors in Las Vegas, NV. The value of this equipment came to about $4,500, and included wireless microphone equipment and accessories. Our accounting department attempted several times to get payment for this equipment, and ultimately, Joe stopped returning calls and became complately unreacable.

I made a last ditch effort in Augst, 2017 to contact Joe about the past due invoice via email, and warned him that the next step was to send the invoice to collections.

This response came back from someone at his office:

"I apologize for the delay in payment. Honestly, I was unaware that this unit was outstanding as we have never had any prior communication regarding it. I can send a $1,000 payment immediately and pay the balance in October. Please let me know the best way to make payment. Thank you, Amber"

Payment never came.

Subsequently, we sent this to collections, and they eventually gave up, telling us that he could not be reached.
