Joe/Supervisor/would Not Give Us Last Name/Sleepys Mattress Proffessionals very uncoporative to the point where they were rude and nasty as if they had the problem selling as a second defective mattress Bethpage New York
sleepys has sent us two defective mattresses!!! they will not refund nor replace the second defective mattress they have given us, this is unacceptable! the people on the phone were very rude and nasty, and would not give us full names of who we were speaking to, which is unheard of!!! its as if they thought we were fools! this might be the worst customer care program ever!
