Complaint Review: Joel A Stokes DDS

He did a terrible job on my root canal and i ended up loosing that tooth completely after suffering pain for several months.  I got a second and third opinion and they both agreed it was a botched surgery.  I filed a claim against him and he ran.  He was originally on Pecos/WigWam.  i couldnt find him for a year so he obviously knew he did wrong and i have had to spend additional money and ultimately lost that tooth.  He couldnt even face his mistake.
