Stay away from these people. Joel Estrada and his boss, Daniel Murillo Jr. are liars. I am a former tenant and I got out of here as soon as I could. The building is run like a slum building. The restrooms are filthy, the hvac and other utilities do not work.
When you complain about the poor conditions you are lied to. They rent offices to really weird people with questionable businesses. Security and parking problems are ignored. No one answers the phone.
