He requested a $500.00 deposit to purchase necessary materials and advised he would start work Tuesday July 16, 2019 Did not turn up
Contacted him advised will start either 29 or 30 July Did not turn up, Cancelled requested deposit back.
After numerous attempts has not returned deposit
