Joel M. Simon
Never petitioned the court for an estate or probate conservatorship.
He created a phony petition for a Special Needs Trust document with phony codes and lies.
He is dangerous especially for senior citizens and disabled citizens
Please stop him from hurting tax paying citizens. Disabled people don't all live on government funding.
I have told social security that Joel M. Simon won't return my money which he stole. (He cashed a check of my money without proper conservatorship papers). Joel M. Simon says that he has the right to keep my money because he hopes to give some of it to a friend in State Recovery Medical. I have talked to a Elizabeth Valasco in California State Recovery Medical and she stated that no one owes any money to state recovery until after they die. This a scam on the state level because Joel M. Simon know state officials and want to give them my money when there is no trust in effect.
His friends on th state level know this and allow him to hurt disabled and senior citizens. Please contact the FEDS immediately. I have all documents to prove.
