This is the worse place. Litigation is pending. I brought my daughter's car in for service, a brand new Dart.
They destroyed the entire car. Service was over 2,000 for a new car? When I hired the PI and Lawyer, they found that Mr. Ronald Kellenbenz was wanted for several DUI's. He is the Service Operations Director. This guy smokes and drinks all the time.
He was reported to the State of Florida for Warrants. Mr. Kellenbenz is a "cry baby". Drunks are like this. He reports customers, service advisors, cashier's, and any other employee's or customers he can "get a hold of." He terminated half his staff, so he can look good. Reported to the State & Federal areas.
As for car sales, they will bait and switch so walk out of here immediately. This company owned by Phil Smith Automotive and not Joey Accardi. As for the employees, the service advisor and sales people were never paid commission. Hopefully pending a class action lawsuit. This is a complete lie. This is a Ex-Employee trying to tarnish our dealership and me specifically. I cannot beleive that you cannot report this falsity and have it removed like you can on legitimate sites.
Yes i did get a DUI back in 2012. Not multiple only 1. That is ther only record you will find under my name in the 52 years i have been on this planet. Not proud of it but it happened. Sorry I am human.
As far as all the other claims they are completely bogus. There is no litigation in process, No vehicle was destroyed, and I am definately not a "cry baby". LoL. What does my DUI have to do with my job anyway?
I am sorry you cannot do your job and have been fired from multiple places. Look in the mirror and blame the correct person for your failures.
