I bought Office 2010 Professional Plus from Joey Stotts on Ebay on January 15, 2011 for $140.00. Recently I tried to reload it on my computer and found out it wouldn’t activate. I called Microsoft and they told me it had been activated ten times. They said it is pirated software. I would like this situation corrected.
When I contacted Mr. Stotts, this was his reply:
I am not able to replace the software for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that it has been three years and your request is unreasonable. You have used the software and I am sorry if it did not work for you. I too was mislead and fraudulently scammed over the software and after I contacted Microsoft I realized that some of the keys were not what they appeared to be I extended my return policy to 6 months which I believe was fair. It seems 95 % of the software was good but when I found out the company was sending me fraudulent keys I ceased selling it and terminated my accounts.
