John Alexander - Graystone Mortgage real estate scam. no refunds here! ripoff Spring Branch Texas
I saw a late night informercial for John Alexander's Real Estate Riches in 14 Days program. It described a new patented technique for purchasing real estate that had never been used before. I decided to go online and do a little research about this guy. I couldn't find anything on him besides his company's website, www.paperbiz.com They go by the name Graystone Mortgage
On the site there was plenty of informational and reviews from highly satisfied customers. I decided to purchase the online version of the program for about $40. As you can see below, it not only promised to teach the methods and provide the documents to put their program to work, it also comes with a money back guarantee.
Once I purchased the program, I was instructed to download a PDF file. I did so, and upon opening it I was already shocked. It was three pages long. It explained more details about the program, but not the actual methods. Even better, there were typos everywhere!
The program also came with a member's site, which I thought might provide some actual useful information. I logged on, and was saddened to see that for $40 all I had gotten was several recordings from a tele-conference. Those were even more useless!
I immediately emailed both their customer service email addresses explaining the situation and requestion a refund (graystone@paperbiz.com & john@paperbiz.com ). Never got a responce. I have about 5 differant phone numbers for this company, ALL DISCONNECTED OR CHANGE. If that doesn't spell sketchy, I don't know what does. So, I called my bank and had the charges reversed, and also filed a BBB complaint. Even my bank had a billing department number and when they called it had been changed! The rep was shocked.
Beware of John Alexander/Graystone Mortgage. Deadbeat company.

I Have to say that all this pepole have wrong information about JOhn Alexander. Yes I undestarn that they very slow to reply email.
Also as i was reading soe on the comments in the board There's one person that mentioned about his website paperbiz.com. Well if you read all the information on his website he mntioned that the Late night Informational does not belong to him, is a franshaise and yes the late night informaitonal will charge only 39.99 the progrma but let me explain; there are to level level 1 and level 2.
Level 1 are only limited to certain imformaiton well you get what you payfor. Level 2 is way more expensive, but you can find all imformation you want and need to close deal.
Remember real estate is not for every single person not because a lot of people is making alot of money that mean that you will do as well as them, this is not for everyone.
But let me get to the point. I just started 09/15/2006 to be exacted, I currently have 3 properties in CA. I'm working an other 2 in Orlando, FL Kissimmiee , FL and some in OH, IL is anlo 1.5 mths sincwe i started this system let mesay something is the best, I have take many other real estate program and none of them work. So far I'll be netting about 70 to 120k profit within the next 1-2 months max.
I will suggest before you critizied someone try to do some research about the person.

TYLER TRUMAN, a lowly unscrupulous Mentoring of America employee who has been personally responsible for at least two people on this website being cheated for thosands of dollar each by being given fake and false promises and staments from TYLER TRUMAN. He has failed to inform people of the 3 day right to cancel, has failed to make mention of any no refund policies to customers before the sale, refused to issue refunds, and has make false and deceptive statements to get people to enroll in coaching programs done by Mentoring of America for both Jeff Paul and John Beck. He is accused of determening the price of the program based on how much credit line is on people's credit cards. There is not set price. The sell it for what they can on a individual basis. That's fraud in itself.

One Mentoring of America employees, TYLER TRUMAN of Saint George, Utah 435-688-9305 has sold the coaching program to different people in different states for both Jeff Paul and John Beck, at huge differences in price. You can read their complaints on this site. Price was based on the credit limits of their credit cards. TYLER TRUMAN is accused of coercing people into this program with lies, without mention of a no refund policy, and then denying refund requests after the sale among other things.
Employees like TYLER TRUMAN are the reason Mentoring of America has been facing several legal lawsuits the last several months alone.

Since that news report aired, there have been additional lawsuits filed againts Mentoring of America. Currently, the Utah Division of Consumer Protection is keeping a close eye on the outcomes of currently active lawsuits facing the company.
TYLER TRUMAN'S friend and employee named Bryan Butas was jailed and charged with insurance fraud last year. He bought a $250K life insurance policy, then faked his own death and dissapearance by secretly fleeing overseas. He was tracked down and found alive hiding in Queensland, Australia.
Before he was found, mislead local Utah authorities launched a manhunt looking for him on a local hiking trail near Saint George. Local authorities ended up spending around $20,000 of taxpayer dollars for nothing looking for TYLER'S employee.

John Beck is another well known fraud real estate guru who sells his "Free and Clear" and "Amazing Profits" programs. John Alexander is not only another spin off of Mr. Beck, but they are both involved with the same fradulent Mentoring of America LLC out of Utah.
The number 800-477-1018 you posted is a Mentoring of America phone number.
Mentoring of America has cheated a huge ammount of people out of many thosands of dollars. There are tons of complaints against this company on this site. Mentoring of America company personally cheated me out of more than $7,000 dollars. I was given a fake money back guarantee by one of their lowly employees to get me to sign up. Then they refused to give me a refund. I got all my money back after filing a complaint against them with the Utah Divison of Consumer Protection.
Mentoring of America has been under several lawsuits the last several months alone.
