My so called disposable cell phone, SAME # for almost 10 years !!!!!!!!

If you learn how to read a BBB report you would see that it's an F because they have no information on file for me, in other words I don't pay them $850 per year for their A rating service like other companies like Consumers kitchens with 36 complaints in only 8 months in their Holbrook location alone but they still have a triple A rating !!!!

As far as all the addresses for my business ??? I thought you couldn't find my business !!! Your talking in circles and just making your crap up as you go along............... My business address has changed only once, It is called Expansion............... I moved it out of a bad neighborhood and into a better one and also doubled in size............... ( Because business is good and growing ) unlike your business address which I can find easily and have seen you have changed 5 times in the past few years........

As far as your friend Raphiel calling me and trying to negotiate for you and your cabinets, now my conversations with him stop as well, Now you can deal with me in the courts

What is the address of this so-called store front in Bohemia John?  Everyone knows you use disposable cellphones to scam people and then simply change your number and continue your scam when the calls get to numerous.  If you are legit, answer these questions.

Why did you take your website down?

Why don't you list your business address anywhere?

Why aren't you licensed? 

Why aren't you insured? 

Why do you have an F rating at the BBB?

The facts are that you have ripped off several people in exactly the same
manner - you took there money and took off - a fact easily verifiable by
a little web searching.

I'd urge you to return the money you have stolen from me and your other customers,  but unfortunately it has all gone up your nose.  You can be sure that the knock on your door isn't going to be from a hitman or an irate customer, but form the police battering ram come to take you away for your many crimes.

Unfortunately Yogev all your stupid attempts at slandering my company have cost you your cabinets so far and will now cost you alot more in court, you should learn to act like an adult !!! Stop having all your friends play your silly little games with me, I'm such a crook that only 2 days ago (8/1) you still wanted your cabinets and had your friend Raphiel call me several times to try and get you your cabinets and pay the balance !!!!  What happened, you found out nobody else will deal with you and your silliness ??  I am glad though that not one of you has the sense to not leave threats on a voicemail, makes it very very easy to prosecute !!!  I thank you for that !!!!

As far as your cabinets, I was willing to work something out with Raphiel because he seamed to be reasonable and was not acting like you ( a child ).  Unfortunately instead of letting someone level headed fix your mistakes you took to an internet slander campaign the very next morning instead of letting adults sort it out, Now your chances of ever seeing your cabinets or a refund have gone out the window and the only thing you will see from me is court documents costing alot more of your money !!!

Hopefully after some more losses on your end you will learn to act like an adult and not a silly child, Adults solve problems !!! Childish behavior and games only cost you time and money !!!! Good luck !!! 

keep telling yourself stories you should really seek help, you dont have company phone number its your cell that you keep changing every once in a while to continue the scam, i was stupid enough to fall or your scam, nobody left you dead threats you are not worth it but its probably some other people you scammed, you avoiding people after you take their money and you did the same thing

we already have a beautiful kitchen from a real company, you dont have any happy customers because you have nothing to do with kitchen cabinets

WE have no contract with this woman, never did business with her..... She is the friend of yogev daniel and a liar helping a crook out and posting over and over

This person posted 2 complaints on this site and our company has never dealt with her, she is the girlfriend of the person Yogev Daniel that is going to jail over his stupidity for leaving death threats and lies on a voice mail to our company

These customers are complete LIARS and are totally crazy people. He called me for a kitchen estimate and sent me his kitchen layout for his pricing, After giving him his estimate he explained to me that my price was much cheaper than the 2 previous estimates he received from 2 local companies that I know, he also explained to me that these 2 companies would not return his calls to do his kitchen ( 1st warning sign ) After discussing our business practice to the customer and asking him to come to my
office/showroom to sign his contracts and order his kitchen the customer asked if we would please make an exception to our rules because he was guarantying to do business with us and asked if we could please come to his home in White Plains to complete the contracts and place the order,

He insisted he knew exactly what he wanted and there was no need to bring any other samples except the door they chose, I granted his request and drove to his home with his sample and 3 others I thought he might like just to make sure they were 100% on their choice. After spending 4 hours on a Sunday evening re-designing his kitchen to meet his wifes requests the customer signed the contract and agreed to the price. The contract calls for a 50% deposit which the customer was told
during several phone conversations prior to our meeting, the customer only gave a 20% deposit and asked if I could order his cabinets and promised he would have the balance to me within a few days via a friend.

After a week and a half of phone calls I finally had to agree to meet the customer's in Manhattan to receive the balance of his deposit and complete his order for the cabinets. I then ordered his cabinets and received most of the order within 4 days, called the customer to keep him informed, then received the remaining 4 cabinets a few days later.

While I was waiting for the 4 cabinets I received many phone calls from his wife inquiring about her cabinets and not liking the fact that the had to wait a extra few days for the completed order (still within the time frame stated on their contract) The following day I receive several calls from the wife and also text messages saying she will not wait any longer and is Canceling her contract and wants her money back.... I informed her she would be receiving a letter and had to sign it to be able to cancel her contract since the 72hrs. allowed by contract law had expired 4 days earlier, She proceeded to give me a hard time and make
demands !! At this point I received a call from the customer inquiring about his order and explained to him what had been going on with his wifes calls an text messages, He assured me his wife would not do that and asked for a call monday to set up an installation date, while we were discussing his kitchen his wife called 3 times on another phone line and I answered it the last time and told her I was on the other line with her husband, she hangs up and I informed the customer it was his wife that kept interrupting our conversation and he asks me to please disregard what his wife is asking and blames her crazy behavior
on her being pregnant !!!! I continue our conversation and the customer asks about the letter I planed on sending, I explained his time frame for canceling had expired, his cabinet order had been complete and instead of charging them a restocking fee to send everything back which is 25% (standard in the industry) I was only going to charge him a VERY modest fee of $500 for the more than 10 hours I had invested in his job !!! He did not feel he should lose anything and my time should not cost him anything (no concept of reality) He asked if we could please just forget all the crazy things his wife has been saying and doing and promised me I did not have to deal with his CRAZY pregnant wife (quoted)!!!!!!

I explained to him I would re write his contract and fax him a copy to be signed and sent back and then he could come pay the remainder of the balance on the cabinets and our business would be complete.....He agrees to this and we conclude our conversation ( 2:39 to 2:57pm Monday afternoon) The next morning Tuesday at 10:08 am I receive a voice mail from the customer that I have been avoiding him and it has been over 24hrs. since we spoke and now he feel he is being avoided and he
will now be coming for me and proceeds to make threats on my voice mail (not smart)

What happened between 3pm monday afternoon and 10am tuesday morning I have no idea, nor do I care at this point because I have come to the conclusion that both and his wife are totally out of control and are both off the deep end !!!!!! They can't even add up simple days or hours !!!

I do quote times and document them because I have a blackburry which keeps perfect phone records of all calls, the time, the duration and also all text messages !!!!

After all this goes on with these crazy people has a so called associate call me several times starting tuesday mid morning a 1/2 hour after he leaves his threatening voice mail and the person on the other end of the phone gives me my HOME address and insists he will be at my house promptly at 5pm to collect the customers money or else !!!! And continues to call me and make DEATH threats to myself and my wife and children !!!!!!

This was all documented and given to the local police after the person informed me that I have no idea what kind of people I was dealing with and implied that they were connected to some sort of Israilie mob or something !!! TRYING to sound tough and big on the other end of a phone.....

Now the customer will not only lose any money given for a deposit but will be facing CRIMINAL charges once his funny friend is located that called from 917-734-xxxx and claimed to be the tough guy and a hit man!!!! Hopefully the customer will be
spending a little time in a jail to understand that just because he makes demands, no matter how wrong he is, We have a different way of doing business in this country ( another quote from this customer)

As far as the slander and negative feedback and lies we will also be suing him for loss of income as per his contract and stupid decisions !!!!

Also now that we have his cabinets and will no longer be doing business with him we have a wonderful set of antique white cabinets we will be auctioning off at a very reduced price !!!

We also encourage our customers and potential customer to come to our REAL business location in Bohemia New York to see all our cabinet choices and selections, Where we build our customers cabinets, fabricate our customers Granite counter tops, and customize any cabinets our customers need !!!!

We provide and complete over 150 kitchens per year and receive 1 complaint every 2 years or so !!! This shows in the fact that over 70% of our business is completely by referral and we sell to many professionals including contractors, investors and so on that continue to come back time and time again because of our outstanding service and low pricing, We have many contractors who have purchased over 20 kitchens each in the last several years !!!! That kind of repeat business speaks for itself !!! This is why we consider ourselves to be one of the best in our business !!!!!! Over 150 customers a year can't be wrong and the customer be correct !!!!!!!!!!!

John Altman still hasn't responded to my voicemails and phone calls. And I recently found out that he is still posting on craigslist promising customers cabinets delivered within 2 weeks. My request is please don't deal with this scammer.
