Well, Darrell Lopez, John ashton and of course the hidden fabian is up to con games again.  They almost removed all of Element Telecom and open another corp named Prefil Tec, Corp Fla corp license number P13000075433. Records show it was filed 09/12/2013. They are the reason Flordia has to enact law against telemarketing companies to protect employees and cunsumers from there cons and lies.  They left many without pay and slowly attempted to fade away. This company as of this date DO NOT have a license to license any sales people.  Any out going calls that results in them purshasing anything falls under telemarketing.  If they follow what I have experienced, he ( Mr. Lincoln and John ashton) will promise you a high wage and pitch you into believing you will have a carrer with them, but you wont. At there will, pay those females they want  extra without the hard workers knowing, promise spiff that they never volenteer to give, and promise to outsource payroll to a payroll company but they wont. They has in the last company they closed in july 2013 name element telecom, take taxes out your check and not sent to the irs.  They need you, the employees to make a dollar. They DO NOT  have any benefits other than personal ones thay gross, there love to over eat and drink beer. They will not and havn't in the past pay payroll taxes to cover unemployment when they close and trust me they will.  Beware of this company.  Remember guy, your activity is what gives the industy a bad name. But I have a feeling they wont be open long.

 The company DOES NOT  have any telemarketing license just like the other companies didnt but there revenue was from sales. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! I know jobs are limited, but with searching every day, a job that will pay you and pay you correctly is out there.  Do you searches about the company.  Search if they have a license, do you need a license? how long have they been open, do they have a history of not paying employees? These searches will let you know exactly what this company brings to the table and if after you invest the hours making them alot more money than they would consider paying you, is it work taking that chance when rent due and they don't have your pay at all or correct.  This about it.

Anyway, you already put your foot in your mouth once are you trying for both? Your opinnon is just yours, try asking a 6 year old show to grow up. Yes you and anyone who provide any labor is entitled to be paid and no! it wasn't fair or honest to not pay you ( according to you), but posting untrue and misleading post isn't going to get you any closer to getting paid. Sad, but true.  If you were any kind of a civil, or reasonable person you would get closer to getting your pay, but posting the untrue statements about ANYONE outside of john, fabian and darrell will only bring you more trouble then you want or can afford to defend.  Your battle with Element Telecom is your own. If you don't have the commom sense to find a constructive and legal avenue to get your wages, then that will be your lost. But by no means do u have the right to ruin individuals or companies representation because you lack the education or common sense to figure out what to do.  I'm sorry you feel the way you do about others, but you are human being but your abilty to mature and promblem solve just isn't there.  Ms. Farley can buy teeth, but you can't walk into any business and pay for commom sense.  Take care and I hope your shown lack of education won't allow you be prey for the high forms of fuctioning life.

I posted this thread about Element Telecom. And ripoffreport.com does not allow editing. So im going to HOPE that LEE is telling the truth about not knowing about John and Fabian. They need to b on board with helping to prosecute JOHN ASHTON AND FABIAN LINCOLN. I STILL HAVENT BEEN PAYED

I was an employee of Element Teleccom also, In fact, I am one of the two longest employees with Element Telecom. I trained 99% of the sales reps for Element and the name included in this report is not 100% true. It true that element did post the employment ad on Craiglist statiing what's in report and it was a sales position not stated. True Element Telecom did intentionally close knowiing they had no iintentiion on paying anyone including exemployees, Fabian found easier to fire then have to lie about payiing them. The parites that IS/WAS responsible for Element Telecom is Fabian Lincoln, John Ashton and Darrell Lopez as current CEO to the date of this posting.

The location is on Kingspointe parkway in Orlando florida 32819 off of Sandlake and John young by Florida Mall.  Element Telecom as the employer of myself and others was the only company responisble for our paychecks and the business we operated on a daily basis and at times on an hours basis. Element was paid as agreed upon and failed to pay the people that allowed them to make their money. Element is the FRAUD OPERATED BY DARRELL LOPEZ, FABIAN LINCOLN AND JOHN ASHTON AS THE CONTACTS MANGER, COO AND/OR CEO OF COMPANY. 

WHAT IS NOT TRUE, The poster including parties that was not involved with Element Telecom fraud and scam.  Lee Zollistch and Mark Zollistich and global lead exchange is not affiliated with Element Telecom.  As a direct contact with Global Lead Exchange and staff they had no dealings with any of the illegal activty conducted with Element telecom.  

This posting is posting in  Florida and Florida is a magnet for scam that decieved unsuspecting companies out of money under the veil of a legal and legitimate company operating a registered company with the State of Florida and that s what happen with this. Global Lead Exchange is not associated with Element Telecom. Element Telecom illegal company representing themselves as an company operating under Florida state laws and the was not.. Any/all illegal activity was all Element Telecom doing not Global Lead Exchange.   Global has been misnamed in this posting and is not connectied with element Telecom. 

I agree, Fabian Lincoln, John Ashton and Darrell Lopez should be in jail charged with fraud, deceptive business practices and opening corp inorder to decieve and steal from unsuspecting companies and employee as well as any Governments they may have received funds from.  I will state on the record that fabian lincoln stated that a location on commodity cir was a governement buliding and that's why no one could come by to take any of the employee out to lunch.  But I knew that was a lie. I have been in may government buildings and non operated like this small piece of commerical ste they rented from a commerical property owner. 

Lee Zollistich, Mark Zollistich as well as Global Lead Exchange is not a part Element Telecom and HAD NOTHING TO DUE WITH ELEMENT TELECOM CRIMMAL ACTIVITY AND IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ELEMENT TELECOM.
