I too am yet another victim of the John Beck mentoring program. After have already giving them my credit information, I tried looking up other success stories about them. That is when I came upon this site. (there were no success story sites mind you) After reading all the entries I was devestated. I tried to call the next day and get a refund and they of course refused. After wasting a lot of hot air on them I tried calling my credit card company to dispute. They said that I have to have received some services from them before I could dipute them.

So now I have to play nice for a couple of weeks and except their services before I can even dispute the charges through my credit card company. (which is through Chase, please let me know if anyone has had luck disputing through them) Already I am so stressed over this issue. At first I felt so stupid that they had gotten me, but now I am pissed and I am ready to get it on with these deceptive and misleading con artist.

Wish me luck!

P.S. Any help and advice from anyone that has been through this and disputed and won would be of great help. I saw that Reid and Tricia were successful....hopefully I will be able to add my name to that list and we can get this out there so that it does not happen to others.

Hey there Shannon,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirit and health.

Since the items have already been placed in dispute, the only thing you have to do at this point is wait it out. Phone your credit card's dispute department, from time to time, to let them know, that you are on top of things.

At the beginning of my dispute, I immediately cut off all ties with this fraudulent company. I didn't want any part, of what anyone from this fraudulent company had to say.

I wasn't interested in having anyone try to convince me, that this program wasn't a scam and possibly attempt to talk me out of disputing the charges.

I immediately phoned the company and left a message on Mike Evan's machine (employee who treatened to sue me, if I ever decided to exercise my right as a consumer, to dispute quality of service)requesting that he seaze all calls to my home or office.

I also did this to simplify the dispute, for I knew this fraudulent company had nothing on me. It was they, that had not delivered anything of value in return for the fee they attempted to steal from me.

It may take awhile for this dispute to end, but be patient and continue to keep in contact with whomever is investigating your dispute.

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute will probably attempt to drag the dispute on for as long as they can, in hopes that you'll someday give up and just throw in the towel. The main thing is that you never give up.

They will more than likely submit ridiculous items on their behalf. Items in which have absolutely nothing to do with a "quality of service" dispute. Example: Contracts, reciepts, etc, etc.

I simply explained to the investigator, that all of these items had been irellevant to my dispute, or ANY "quality of service" dispute, for I have never denied enrolling into their fraudulent program.

For anyone to even attempt to submit such ridiculous items and hope to have them pass as legitimate counters, only proves their desperation to catch me on some kind of technicality.

I continued to update my posts on this website, while continuing to send my credit card company copies of them. I could've, if I wanted to, send the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute copies, however, I didn't wish to waste any more stamps on what I knew without a doubt, was a scam.

Besides, I am certain, that they have by now discovered this site, but know they can't do a d**n thing about it, which to me is worth far more than any amount of monetary compensation.

I have already proven their bogus program fraudulent once through a dispute and will do it over and over again if need be.

I have to go for now, but will definetely be back to post more very soon. Definitely do keep in touch and keep everyone posted as to what's taking place and exactly where you're at in the dispute process.

Until next time, take care Shannon and everyone else, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. Shannon, if you have any more questions or concerns, feel free to post them and I will respond as soon as time permits. Please understand, that I am now working and studying really hard, but will do my absolute best to respond quickly.

Good luck to everyone else out there fighting this battle with this fraudulent company. I can tell it is going to be a long hard road. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. But I am not sure where to go from there. I would appreciate any help and advice from anyone out there who has already been through this.

Sincerely,

Reid

How are you Sharron?

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirit and health and I'm really sorry to hear that this fraudulent company has once again caught another victim.

I think that the reason for your credit card company wanting you to receive some kind of service before disputing it is so that, they along with yourself, are able build a stronger case against John Beck's fraudulent "mentoring" service.

You already have a huge advantage, being that you were probably given a three day right to cancel, attempted to exercise that right after only one day has expired, and then was later told that you were unable to.

I have already dealt with this fraudulent company and have easily rolled them over in a credit card dispute. They have absolutely nothing, but will desperately try to manipulate the dispute process and drag it out for as long as they possibly can, in hopes that you will give up and throw in the towel.

Whatever you do, DO NOT sign any contracts that they send you. Use it as toilet paper and send it back to them. If I were you, I wouldn,t worry
about the dispute, because as I have stated earlier, they have absolutely nothing.

They are going to continually submit items on their behalf, all of which, have absolutely nothing to do with a "quality of service" dispute, therefore, cannot win anyone over.

Contracts, invoices, etc, etc, are all irrelevant to a "quality of service" dispute, but are items which they will continue to furnish on their behalf, which clearly demonstrates their intent to rip people off.

There is no possible way, that a program that has once been proven fraudulent by someone and their credit card dispute department, possibly be legitimate to others. Trust me, I didn't win my dispute by chance.

It took me over nine and a half months of anger, frustration, literally changed my life, possibly for the worst, and that is why I am holding this fraudulent company responsible for paying me an enormous fee to squash the situation.

$9.8 milllion, NO JOKE!! I want to give this fraudulent company something to really laugh about... and that is their SCAM OPERATION (the truth).

I have now become a malignant tumor, that will continue to cling on their smelly asses, until this situation has been resolved to the best of my satisfaction. They will now have to pay to have me removed.

Until next time, take care Sharron and everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to post them through the rebuttal box, or contact the editor and see if he would be willing to put you directly in contact with myself. I will respond as soon as time permits. Definitly do keep in touch.
