Someone definitely needs to go to jail for this fraudulent operation/criminal enterprise.

Hey there Sharon,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

SHARON: Today a lady name Mandy call me to let me know that they have lived up to there end of the program for John Beck's and said they would not be offering me any refund for this is not the policy. She said that I could have my attorney contact them.

REID: The John Beck Mentoring Institute could not possibly have lived up to their end of the agreement, because their program is a fraud. No if ands or buts about it.

No one of sound mind would ever agree to cough up thousands for what these inbreeds consider to be a legitimate program.

The 72 unacknowledged, unexplained and unresolved rip off reports on this website ARE NOT coincidences and or mere opinions, although that's what these inbreeds would have their victims believe.

Pam has raised an interesting point in that one scam victim's investment probably covers the refund of another scam victim. In other words, monies are being shuffled around, while incest Beck profits handsomely from those that are unable to come forward and recover their loses.

Someone definitely needs to go to jail for this fraudulent operation/criminal enterprise. A shot gun blast to the face would also make a good article for the sunday paper.

It has come to a point where these "product of incest" cockroaches are more concerned about their extortion being exposed, than having to issue refunds.

Until next time, take care Sharon cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

I am so stress out over this

Reid: Thanks for all of your info regarding this outrages scam, I call my credit card company today, they told me that it would take about three days to file my complaint with the company and they would let me know something in about 4 to 6 weeks, they said that they were going to try to get my money back for me.

I sent a copy of everything to my credit card company today after talking to Donald Bennett. I sent a copy of my bogus contract, a letter why I was disputing the charges, I explained that John Beck's Program had not live up to there end of the deal, I faxed them a copy of all of the e-mails that I saved from the John Beck's personal. I even have an e-mail were my coach said he never received from me, but yet he responded back to me huh.

But must of all you know what I find kind of funny but it is not, I ask the Donald from Mbna Credit Card how they could let fraudlent companys place charges on people credit cards that they are aware of, he said he really did not know about that, but he told me that he has had about 10 people this week disputing there charges with the John Beck's Program, So there is still so many people out there that are still being scam out of there hard earn money and our credit card companys do know about this, why don't they informed the card holders about this scam. It just does not seem fair.

I am so stress out over this, because I have no one that I can talk too, I have not told any one, not my family, friends or even my old man, because I know my old man is going to hit the ceiling when he finds out that I was scam out of alot of money and he is not going to believe how stupid I was for failing for this.

Thanks Again

Bennett & Deloney Can Suck My A$$

#8Consumer Suggestion

Wed, November 02, 2005

Hey there Sharon and Pam,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

PAM: I thought I had been taken for $14,995., but today it was returned to my credit card account and adjustments were made for the late fees and interest, so I owe nothing. To me it looks as though they robbed you to pay me.

REID: That's great Pam! Unfortunately you might not be out of the woodworks just yet. There's a pretty good chance that sleaze ball Beck will "sell" this now non-existent debt to the Law Offices of Barnum & Bailey.

Yes, the traveling circus of Bennett & Deloney were forced to pay back many for perpetuating unlawful collections practices awhile ago. These two clowns were involved in some sort of "bounced check" scam at various pizza establishments.

Don't sweat these fools. They have no leg to stand on. Even if they did, they wouldn't chase $14,995.00, because it would cost them a lot more in litigation fees, attorney fees and all other court related expenses.

Any and all court related expenses they'd incur would do nothing for them except expose their fraud, thus force them to pay back all of their vicitims.

PAM: It's unfortunate these lazy fools won't go out and get a real job and learn some real value lessons. Blood, sweat and tears, not cheat, lie and steal.

REID: John Beck's cheat, lie and steal system. I like that!

PAM: Adherence to advice from Reid and others has helped me to get through this.

I believe our Washington State Attorney General helped a lot in my situation.

REID: Hat's off to our Hawaii State Attorney General as well and all other Attorney General's around the country for getting involved.

I believe it was a letter from our Attorney General which sent the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Insitutute on the defense.

PAM: Disputing the credit card charges based on "services not received or unsatisfactory service" was a huge plus. I made it clear that I was absolutely not going to pay. I wrote of how the information they offer can be acquired
without paying them huge amounts. I encouraged them to visit this website.

REID: Yes, do send your credit card company to this website Sharon. If they do not agree with any of the unacknowledged, unexplained and unresolved reports regarding John Beck's blatant con, at least they will have a chance to openly express their reasons for disagreement.

PAM: I have worked for four month to clear the $14,995.+ from my account. That averages out to $3,750.+ per month. I would say that makes it well worth my time and trouble to put up a fight.

REID: It took me over nine months to salvage $6,400.00. Exposing these inbreeds made it all worth while. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.

PAM: It's not just the money involved here, it's the bad feeling and disgust with myself for allowing this to happen to me. I feel better about myself because I did retaliate.

REID: Very true. Not to mention the feeling of guilt associated with having been victimized and
violated.

PAM: I have learned to use the word - NO! That is my first and best reaction to these "too good to be true" deals.

REID: Absolutely right. If these "moneymaking" programs were any where near as good as these cons make them out to be, why are they "selling" the information as opposed to using the system themselves?

PAM: Sharon, I certainly hope this helps you.

REID: Take this one step at a time Sharon. Day by day. Dispute the charge with your credit card company first and foremost.

Until next time, take care Sharon and Pam cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Is John Beck Still Alive? Dude Must Be 80 Yrs. Old By Now!

Hey there Sharon,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

ALAN: I am certainly sorry to hear about the 15 grand that you have sent to Beck the scumbag. I suggest that you read all the other posts on this website and pay attention to Reid as he went thru this and knows the path to getting refunds. I am also confident that he will respond to your post and will help you. Boy I sure would like to send Beck to Iraq instead of losing all the good guys over there. Whatever you do do not give up.

REID: I am also sorry Sharon, to hear that this 70+ year old "result of incest" is still scamming people.

It's been well over a year since an employee at my credit card company informed me that "John Beck is a bad merchant." This was well after they've already approved the fraudulent transaction.

Whatever you do Sharon, DO NOT be intimidated by this fraudulent company, or any collection agency or attorneys in which they deal with. The John Beck Mentoring Institute is totally fraudulent and it's not just a matter of opinion.

Be sure to contact your credit card company as soon as possible and notify them of your interest in disputing the fraudulent charge(s). The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute is going to respond to your dispute with nothing of substance.

Make it known to your credit card company's dispute department that you refuse to play ping pong with a fraudulent company that has no intent or ability in substantiating the
charge(s).

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute will constantly submit items in their defense that have nothing to do with your dispute. They have literally begged my credit card company to reverse the charges in their favor, all because I've signed their bogus contract and had actually been lured into doing so.

The dispute process may take awhile and cost you a few postage stamps and letter stationary, but don't stress yourself over it. That is exactly what these crooks want you to do. Have fun with this.

Report this incident to the FBI, FTC, Consumer Protection, and your Attorney General and keep doing so until you get some kind of response. Once a month should suffice.

John Beck may or may not send this non-existent debt to his fraudulent collection agency know as Law Offices Of Barnum & Baily, I mean Bennett & Deloney, but this is to be discussed at a later time. We should take this one step at a time. Keep us posted.

Until next time, take care Sharon, Alan and Everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.
