I purchased the Free and Clear back in April and was charged $64.00. To my dismay and utter shock, they have been debiting my checking account for $39.95 for three months without my approval. Called today, they said "It was on the infomercial, you were not offered this monthly vault access as an option" it was part of the original "deal" - you could have called to cancel at any time.

The problem was I moved since the original purchase and most of my mail was not being forwarded BEWARE, once they have your credit or debit card info you are a victim. They did agree to give me back two payments today, they supposedly can only go back 60 days. The other $39.95 I lost.

This Group Is Slick ..... Buyer Be Warned. FYI - I thought I was supposed to get the books and CDs for that price, only got the CD's. Have not even downloaded the data and not sure I want to. Disgusted in North Carolina ~
