John Beck's Free And Clear ripoff dishonest company, I returned their material within 30 days they denying my refund North Provo Utah
I ordered John Beck's free and clear program. Interesting reading. Then they offered coach and more material for $ 6,395 dollars. I have got first 30 minute with coach, talking about my goals. Before second coaching I have got more material. But nothing I could used in Canada. So I returned it.
Now I want my money back but no luck. They said over the phone that I started my coaching lesson and they are not going get my money back. They program 100% does not work in Canada and sold it to me anyway. I do not know what to do now!

I also purchased this program for $39.95, plus shipping, which was specified. But I didn't purchase it without doing my own research first. You can buy real estate through county & state offices, it is very legal. You purchase the lien against the property, and if you do it correctly, will own that property within a matter of weeks or months. The original owner is given time to come forward to redeem their property, if they don't then you receive the title/deed to that real estate....you are now officially the owner, legally. Don't beleive me, call a local state or county tax assessor's office and ask them if they have any real estate up for tax sale. Not all counties perform the auctions, you need to make the call and find out which county does. It helps that I have worked in a real estate office before so I have some knowledge as to how this program works.
These properties are basically foreclosures, owner abandonments, deceased owners w/no heirs and so on. You can make money buying these properties, if you know what you're doing and you do your homework. It takes time to find, buy, acquire deeds and sell...don't expect to make money overnight, it won't happen. That is one thing that is misleading in their advertising, they make it sound like it happens instantly. I have friends that I have given the links and phone numbers to county offices that are inquiring about tax lien properties. And they are all in different states...but again, if you do your research and read the fine print....all states do not have the same procedures on tax lien sales/auctions. And a majority of states do only hold one auction per year, some do 2 and a few have them when they choose. If you would have taken the time to do some investigating of your own, not thought that you'd be rolling in dough immediately...and had taken the time to really try and make the calls or contact the state/county offices....you'd know the truth.
And as for those of you wanting to sue for these outrageous amounts of money....come on Reid...$600,000+...what the hell for? You are out of your mind if you think you're gonna get that kind of cash...you will get back what you paid for the program and any other fees they charged your account...that's it. Want my attorney's number cause he'll tell you what he told me when I asked what to do if this ended up being a scam. You're not gonna get squat but what you paid into it. Stop the charges by cancelling the property vault membership, which is $39 a month...call your credit card company and notify them of fraudelent charges and they will flag it. I'm so tired of people crying about all these scams they're getting into...if you don't have the mental capacity or knowledge to understand the material, don't research before you buy or think you can get rich quick...get over yourself. Nothing is that easy, it takes time, patience and alot of hard work. I will be purchasing my first property in August, the state I'm buying in only has one auction a year and it's on August 1st. I'll let ya'll know how it goes. I would be more than willing to help anyone that would like to give the system a 2nd chance. All you have to do is make one simple little phone call to your local tax assessor's office and ask about real property tax sales or auctions.

Hey there Everyone,
I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.
RYAN: Yes the monitoring is a rip off. but none the same it is their price for service no matter how high just don't pay it then.
REID: It's "mentoring", NOT "monitoring". Have one of your relatives that knows how to spell post a rebuttal for you. Having the grammer of at least a second grader also helps. You're supposed to capitalize the first letter after a period.
RYAN: I purchased my information from the website for 39.95 plus shipping as stated. read cover to cover and used his methods and they worked.
REID: BULL Ryan! John Beck's program is nothing but a scam and it's not just my opinion. I'm surprised that no one has yet hunted inbreed Beck down and slashed his throat.
There is absolutely no infomercial program that mentors total strangers to wealth beyond the cost of the program. It mathematically just doesn't make sense.
RYAN: I bought a POS house for about 1100 dollars but in a good neiborhood and resold as a handy man's fixer upper for 30,000 with just cleaning the yard and clearing old furinture and stuff from interior.
REID: BULL Ryan! There is absolutely no way on Gaia you've learned to obtain tax leins through John Beck's glossy coloring books. The books are incomplete to say the least. They barely even discuss tax leins let alone provide sufficient information on how to obtain them. You are a liar Ryan!
RYAN: and since my state like most states only have 2 auctions a year I have to wait for next one this time I think I am going to try 2 cause netting about 22,000 after all said done is not enough to quit job.
REID: Only 2 auctions a year? Funny, John Beck claims that there are literally thousands of these distressed properties. You'd better read the coloring books again Ryan.
RYAN: the coaching is for lazy people.
REID: The coaching is scam. That's why you'll notice that the cost for the fraudulent program is determined by the limit of an individuals maximum allowable. There is no set price.
Until next time take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

offer, which I will honor for one week , ..tried to steal $6,400.00 from me, it's true and I have all the documented proof that I need
#10Consumer Suggestion

To anyone from the office or offices of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.
I am making a limited time offer to square this situation once and for all and finally bring it to rest. For those of you who may be wondering what this is all about...the John Beck Mentoring Institute tried to steal $6,400.00 from me earlier this year.
Yes, it's true and I have all the documented proof that I need, of this occurance. According to what's been sold to me, I should be pretty well off by now, but am not, because the program ended up being nothing but a huge scam.
My offer, which I will honor for one week only (seven days from the date of this posting) is $600,000.00 after taxes, to rid and cleanse myself from all the hatred, that has slowly been instilled in me.
This figure has been established from calculations based on the montly earning potential, that's been quoted to me by Mike Evans, aggravation, computer ware, time wasted, lost wages and also for exponential growth due to arrogance and non-response are all inclusive.
I am sure I deserve far more than the asking, but I am wiling to settle for far less to show the world what a great guy I am, and that this situation has nothing to do with money, blackmail, intimidation, extortion, etc, etc, but rather fair compensation, for being dicked around by an unscrupulous company, that's finally willing to acknowledge their wrongdoing and come correct.
We all make mistakes in life and deserve a second chance. This is a wonderful opportunity for the John Beck Mentoring Institute to start all over again with a clean slate.
I feel that it's my duty as a human being to grant and honor a company a second chance to apologize, compensate, and finally make things right. Wipe the slate clean so the speak. Any and all legitimate businesses would defintely jump at this opportunity. If you'll notice, I said LEGITIMATE.
With that in mind, I will consider a non- response to this offer an admission of guilt and rightly so, for with the "mentoring" program, that's been sold to me, it should be absolutely no problem for an ENTIRE company to come up with a measly $600,000.00. Or are you admitting that you sold me a fraudulent program? How dare you? One week.
After one week I will resume with the $9.6 million dollar, after taxes and exponentially accumulating figure.
Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.
P.S. In case you are intending to play stupid and pretend that you don't know who I am, just ask Mike Evans... I think he'll remember. Call me up on my cell phone, apologize and notify me of the estimated time of arrival of my check. Plain and simple. Oh yeah, and you might want to reprimand Mike for threatening me.

Let me guess,
You were up very late one night or possibly even really early one morning, saw what appeared to be a fairytale on television, decided to conduct a google search on the John Beck Free and Clear program, in hopes to see a professionally designed website, but the name led you here instead.
Thank the lord above, because the infomercial along with the offer is totally bogus. If you're like me and already fell for the garbage, don't be embarrased and just go into hiding. That's exactly what this fraudulent company wants everyone to do. GET ANGRY!! MAKE NOISE!! LOT'S OF IT!!
If you paid with a major credit card, immediately phone your credit card's dispute department and dispute the charges. Go to your post office and mail the crap back to the fraudulent company. Be sure to keep all receipts regarding all of your mailings, postage, etc, etc.
Make absolute sure, that you at very least minimize the amount of future victims. If credit card companies see a growing trend (pattern), regarding the John Beck's Free and Clear program, or any other fraudulent program for that matter, hopefully they'll wise up and start taking some action.
Perhaps someday even start pursuing fraudulent companies themselves to protect consumers from bad merchants. This would also make a great marketing tool for credit card companies, for it is probably equally as important as identity theft in most consumers eyes.
Well at least my eyes. That's why there was absolutely no way the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, was ever going to get away with my investment. Thank you much to the creator of this website, for providing an open forum to protect the innocent public from the many rats.
This fraudulent company cannot win anyone over in a credit card dispute, because they have nothing!! Their offer is fraudulent. The program that they're selling is non existant. They will however, attempt to submit the signed contract as their defence, but even this will only suffice for so long.
Until next time, take care everyone, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.
P.S. Cough up my $2.4 million, before I get angry and decide to raise it again. If I don't see a check in the mail within two weeks, I will probably start getting flashbacks of being a victim of this scam, thus, causing me to add several million to my request.
P.S.S. Any media company or deceptive trade attorney who may be interested in a story or case, please contact me throught this website. Thank you very much.

Dispute the charges immediately!! It's a scam!!
#10Consumer Suggestion

Hey Peter,
How are you? I hope that this posting finds you in good spirit and health.
If you placed the $6,395.00 investment on your credit card, call your credit card's dispute department immediately and dispute the charges. Do this ASAP, for there's often only a small window, in which to dispute fraudulent charges.
This program is a scam and the people offering this bogus "mentoring" program know it. That's why, if you've noticed, not one person has come foward to defend this fraudulent company. Any attempt to do so would be futile.
I got suckered into this scam and got all the charges reversed. It took me nine months of pain and suffering and not to mention perseverance. This company has nothing on you. The "NO CANCELLATION" clause in their contract, which they will inevitibly attempt to use against you holds no water, because they are offering nothing of value.
Their "MENTORING" is nothing more than directions to a few websites, where potential investors may possibly obtain properties and information regarding public auctions. Oh yeah, and possibly, suggestions on where to obtain all your tax related information. H&R BLOCK. Oooops, did I give away their secret?
As I have stated many times before, this scam is just a trap, where this fraudulent third party marketing company attempts to lure unsuspecting victims, by means of a PAID and deceptive infomercial, fraudulent sales pitches and blatant and malicious misrepresentation.
Again they are delivering nothing of value, in exchange for the enormous investment in which they ask, therefore, tremendously lacks "CONSIDERATION". So they can take their contract and wipe their asses with it, for they are in breech of their own contract.
There are many companies today that claim to offer "MENTORING". I strongly suggest that everyone avoid all "MENTORING" and other home based business opportunities, especially those being offered via PAID infomercials.
Facts to ponder: Why all the fine print in infomercials? What are they hiding? They're obviously hiding something. Why is there no mention regarding an "investment", on their infomercial?
Why does everyone's investment greatly differ? That's because, this fraudulent company is only interested in the maximum amount of available credit on each individuals credit card. All of the questions, that they ask during the sale of their fraudulnt program, is used to assess ones available line of credit, and this determines each individuals investment. It's called milk.
Why does this company find it necessary to implement a "NO CANCELLATION" clause in their contract? That's because, such a clause inables these crooks to pursue someones investment, regardless if it was they, who have failed miserably to live up their fraudulent claims.
Why the need for such an unleveled playing field? Because it's a scam, that's why. Why hasn't anyone come foward to defend this company? Because, it's a scam and they know it. As I said earlier, for this fraudulent company to prove everthing that I've posted to the contrary, is impossible.
That's why I won my dispute and am willing to help everyone else do so. Why does this company NOT have a website? Why did this company insist on submitting ridiculous items on their behalf, throughout the entire credit card dispute? Items which had absolutely nothing to do with the reason for the dispute?
Why were the items allowed to pass as legitimate counters? How many people fail, as opposed to succeeds in their fraudulent program? I could go on forever as to why this program is a flat out scam, but choose to end it here for now.
Direct whoever's assigned to research and investigate your dispute to this website and have them look over the many UNACKNOWLEGED and UNRESOLVED complaints against this fraudulent company. Simple as pie. There is absolutely no way for anyone to not see the growing trend of this fraudulent company.
Ask them, how many people need to be jacked by a company, before any action is taken? How many people need to be jacked by fraudulent activities, before a company is considered a bad merchant? How many people need to be jacked by a company, before an obvious pattern is noticed?
Until next time, take care Peter and every one else, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.
P.S. Peter, if you have any questions or concerns along the way, post it here and I will do my absolute best to assist you. Even if it means having to go to court. Good luck to you.
P.S.S. Never allow an infomercial, regardless of the cost to produce, merchant account, website, (which John Beck Mentoring Institute does not have), Better Business Bureau membership and all other items, that have been PURCHASED, fool you into believing, that a company or offer is legitimate.
P.S.S.S. It will now cost this fraudulent company $2.4 million after taxes, and still accumulating exponentially, to burry the hatchet with me... and finally bring closure to all the crap, that they've put me through. That's two and a half fairytales... I mean infomercials. LMFAO!!
