I am another victim of John Beck. Two friends and myself paid $10500 for the mentoring of America. I'm really nervous about getting my money back. I've had two mentoring sessions and what a joke they were! I knew than that I needed to get a refund. I called the Utah Division of Comsumer Protection and Mr. Pauga was somewhat rude and asked me if I could prove the fraud. I assumed that it must be common knowledge to his office. He did give me a number to call and called it, I got an answering machine saying that it would take 3-5 days to get back to me. I'm just sick about it.....please help.

Did you make an attempt to cancel for a full refund within the 3 day period? Yes or No?

Now,

For right now, don't call Ao on the phone. Stick with me. He wanted proof of fraud, and I am going to help you obtain and gather it. When this is done, we will have this proof ready to go, and I will then give you the green light to go ahead and file the formal complaint form with Mr. Ao Pauga and give him this proof with your complaint form.

Since you only bought this garbage two weeks ago, you are well within the usual 90 day window to dispute the $10,500 charge with your credit card company(s). Call your credit card company right away and dispute the $10,500 Mentoring of America charges. Tell the credit card company that you never entered any type of written contact or any other agreement with Mentoring of America and explain to them the worthless coaching the sold you for so much. Tell the credit card company that this is a ripoff and then PROVE it to them by printing out a bunch of other Mentoring Of America complaints on this site and showing them.

Then highlight the different prices in each complaint you print out to show your credit card company that Mentoring of America fraudulently charges each customer a totally different price between $1500 and $15,000 for the same John Beck coaching program of ten 30 minutes calls and a few software CDs. They charge each person based on how much money or available credit line you reveal to them you have. That's why you and your two friends paid $10,500 for this garbage while others paid as little as $1,500 and as much as $15,000 for the same 10 half hour coaching calls and a few software Cd's in the mail.

Show your credit card company this news report video of the lawsuits people have filed against Mentoring of America for fraud as proof.

Copy and paste this link to your Internet browser:

www.wkrc.com/mediacenter/?videoId=10945=9

Don't click on anything. Just wait for the short commercial to end on that small video screen, and the Mentoring Of America story will begin.

And also go to the BBB's website (BBB.com) and print out both John Beck's and Mentoring of America's terrible records with have over 300 consumer complaints against them. Show and present all of the above to your credit card company when you go to dispute the charges.

Remember, don't just tell your credit card company that Mentoring of America is a fraud, give them everything I told you to give them above as PROOF.

Keep me updated.

I bought the program two weeks ago and I was told of the 3 day cancelation policy. So far I've had two coaching sessions.

Two questions you must answer me.

You need to answer me these two questions. Your answers will determine how you will need to fight the for the $10,500 refund and the steps I need to give you.

1. When (date) did you pay for this over the telephone?

2. At the time you were solicited by the person who convinced you to buy at $10,500 over the telephone, were you ever informed by Mentoring of America of your 3 day right to cancel? That you have 3 days starting the day you get your coaching CD's in the mail to be able to call Mentoring of America back, cancel the program, and get a full refund? Yes or No?
