John Beck's Real Estate System ripoff and breach of contract American Fork Utah
This company didn't honor a contract for services. I paid 2930.00 for services and after 3 sessions they stopped calling and refused to honor the contract. I have phone bills that showed how many times they called me and I have the FED EX slip that showed what materials was sent to me. I also have the names and dates of the different times I've called this company to try to resolve this situation and request my money minus the services I've received. Each time I've spoken to a supervisor and I have their names just as well and they all say the same thing (I don't know what happen, but they can verify that their company has only had 3 sessions and I am supposed to get 7 and some other things that is in the contract.

They cheated me out of more than $7,000 of my hard earned money. I got all my money back only after I filed the consumer complaint form shown below against them with the stata of Utah.
The person responsible for coercing me is a lowly John Beck employee named JAY SALAZAR. Everyone has paid a different price for this garbage because they always set the price based only on your available credit or credit cards. Anywhere from $1,500 to more than $15,000 for the same thing. Complete scam.

Mentoring of America is getting slapped with more lawsuits right now. The Utah Division of Consumer Protection (801-530-6601)is currently seeking to recover loses suffered by victims to date from Mentoring of America LLC. Investigator Ao Pauga is handling Mentoring of America. It does not matter how long ago it was that you where ripped off by them. I got my money back after more than two years with their assistance, once I found out about this consumer complaint form.
TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK:
Fill out and send in the consumer complaint form against Mentoring of America. Give a detailed description of the entire ordeal in the summary box of the form. Copy and paste the entire link below.

Make sure that you staple a copy of your unsigned "Enrollment Confirmaton" page that Mentoring of America sent you, if you still have it on to your complaint form. On this page, it shows exactly what you were supposed to get, how many coaching calls, how much they charged you for the program, what method of payment, ect.
Also be SURE to include with your complaint form a copy of your bank or credit card statement showing the $2,930.00 charge highlighted, a copy of your phone call history log that proves they never even gave you all 10 of the bogus training calls that you paid $2,930.00 for, the FedEx package inventory slip, ect. Mention any missing items. Send in any tape recorded conversations with any of their people if you have any.
If you include all of these documents to your consumer complaint form and mail it in, it's pretty much guaranteed that you will get a full refund mailed overnight, in about 2-3 weeks after your complaint form is received by Utah Consumer Protection office.
Mentoring of America is under lots of legal pressure from consumer lawsuits and the state of Utah, because they just continue to violate consumer protection laws.

If you have aleady closed and cancelled the credit card or bank account that you used at the time please read this:
Make sure that you specify in the consumer complaint form that you want assistance in obtaining a full refund from Mentoring of America LLC in the form of a hand signed refund check in the mail because of this. If you don't specify this, they will send you in the mail a refund agreement for you to sign, wanting to credit back your already closed bank/credit card account. They CANNOT credit back any closed accounts, no matter what they tell you! They will lie to you like they did to me to get you to sign it anyway if you call them about it. If you find yourself in this situation, don't call Mentoring of America. Call the Utah investigator at (801-530-6601) about it instead.
PUT A TRACKING NUMBER ON EVERYTHING YOU SEND
Put a tracking or confirmation number on anything you send to Mentoring of America. Go to the shipping companies website and print out the delivery confirmation page when it shows delivered. Keep this for your records incase Mentoring of America claims to never have received any items from you.
VERBAL AGREEMENTS OR VERBAL CONTRACTS ARE NOT HONORED OR CONSIDERED VALID BY THE STATE OF UTAH
Finally, NO verbal agreement or verbal contacts of any kind are considered valid in Utah. So if Mentoring of America tells you that they have you recorded on tape agreeing to their terms, don't worry about that at all no matter that they may tell you. Verbal agreements and contracts of any type are NOT honored and are invalid in Utah and many other states.
